Kris Reyes is a Canadian television journalist, who will debut as the news anchor on Global's The Morning Show in September 2011.[1] She was formerly a reporter and anchor on Citytv Toronto's CityNews at 6, CityNews Tonight and Breakfast Television, as well as a host of the talk show CityOnline on CablePulse 24.
She left Citytv in September 2010, and subsequently joined CBC Television before moving to Global.

Born in the Philippines, Reyes moved to Canada when she was 9 years old. She later moved back to the Philippines, where she received her BA in political science from De La Salle University. She moved back to Toronto in 1999.[citation needed]
