Kirstine Layfield (born c.1968) is a Canadian television executive, currently executive director of programming for CBC Television. Prior to joining the CBC in 2006, Layfield was head of programming for 13 Alliance Atlantis cable channels after returning from the United States, where she headed up the international television broadcasting for all Hallmark Channels worldwide.
She has brought such shows to the CBC prime time schedule as Little Mosque on the Prairie, Dragons' Den, The Tudors and Being Erica".
