Kumudben Manishankar Joshi(Birth:1934) was a Governor of Andhra Pradesh from 26 November 1985 to 7 February 1990. She was the Second Women Governor of the state Andhra Pradesh after Sharda Mukherjee.[1] She also became Deputy Minister of Information and Broardcasting(1980–82) and Deputy Minister of Health and Family Welfare(1982–84).[2]
