"Kuolema Tekee Taiteilijan" is the third single released from the album Once by Finnish symphonic power metal quintet Nightwish. It was released on November 24, 2004, by Spinefarm Records, together with the platinum edition of Once. "Kuolema tekee taiteilijan" is Finnish and means "Death Makes an Artist" in English. The single was never released outside Japan and Finland. During the end credits on A Day Before Tomorrow, the orchestral version of "Kuolema Tekee Taiteilijan" is audible. It was never officially released, but it was ripped off the DVD and released it through the Internet.
Since Anette Olzon joined the band, it is no longer performed live, as she does not speak Finnish.
