Kverneland Group Kverneland Group (Kverneland ASA - OSE: KVE) is a leading international company developing, producing and distributing agricultural machinery and services. Strong focus on innovation allows us to provide a unique and broad product range with high quality. Kverneland Group offers an extensive package of systems and solutions to the professional farming community. The offering covers implements for soil preparation, seeding equipment, forage equipment, balers, wrappers, fertiliser spreaders, sprayers and electronic solutions for agricultural tractors and machinery. The company was established by Ole Gabriel Kverneland (1854 - 1941) in 1879.

The company headquarters are located in Klepp, in the village of Kvernaland. Kverneland employs approximately 2,100 people world wide, of which 70% outside Norway.

Kverneland ownes the following brands: Kverneland, Vicon, Kverneland Accord, Kverneland Taarup, Kverneland Rau.

In 2008 Kverneland Group has sold their baler-division to Kuhn Group a division of Bucher Industries. In 2010 Kverneland Group has entered a long term Joint Venture commitment with Gallignani s.p.a. with a new range of Round balers (fixed and variable chamber),wrappers and a new range of Drum Mowers. In 2011 Kverneland Group has opened a new assembly plant in Daqing/China.
