Kyle Henry Hebert (pronounced /ˈeɪbɛər/ AY-bair; born June 14, 1969 in Lake Charles, Louisiana) is an American voice actor and podcaster who works with anime films, television series, as well as video games. He is known for voicing the adult version of Gohan and the Narrator in the Funimation English dub of the Japanese anime Dragon Ball Z.
Hebert got his start in the mid 1990s as a disc jockey for Radio Disney, under the pseudonym Squeege. This lasted until September 2005, when he moved from Dallas to Los Angeles, to pursue bigger interests in the world of voice acting. Kyle has also had cameo roles in various anime dubs such as Case Closed, Fruits Basket, One Piece, and Kodocha, and a recurring role in Fullmetal Alchemist. Kyle's current list of recurring roles includes Kiba Inuzuka on Naruto, Sōsuke Aizen and Ganju Shiba in Bleach, and Kamina in Gurren Lagann. Kyle is also the current voice of Ryu in Street Fighter IV and Super Street Fighter IV and is also Big the Cat of the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise as of 2010. In 2009 and 2011 he voiced "The Sniper" in the animated spoof of Dirty Harry films entitled Magnum Farce and is set to reprise the expanded role of Blivit, The Sniper as well as that of Governor Arnold Schwartzenherzen-Geldengrubber in the feature film currently in production.
At Anime Expo 2009, Kyle won best English Voice Actor in the SPJA Awards for his role as Kamina in Gurren Lagann.
Hebert is also a podcaster, co-founding and hosting the weekly BigBaldBroadcast with his long time friend and webmaster, known only as Otherworld Steve

[edit] The Big Bald Broadcast
The Big Bald Broadcast was a geek news podcast founded by Kyle and musician/writer "Otherworld Steve". Running for 5 years (2005–2010) with 150 episodes, the podcast was centered around anime/tech/movie/geek news from around the internet. From the 100th episode onward the show was broadcast live over Stickam. The 104th episode introduced Marc "[the Engineer]" Swint, who shouldered some of the show's technical responsibilities to allow the hosts more time to focus on the show's content. The re-engineering of the show allowed for a more standard radio-esque production allowing for listener calls, promotions, guest interviews, guest hosts and most recently live convention appearances. The unspoken creedo was "life takes precedence", and that came true in mid 2010 as the show came to a close. "Otherworld Steve" is busy being a father for the second time, while Marc has branched off and formed his own geek news podcast network, "2mb of the Unknown Podcast". Kyle is currently on hiatus from podcasting, but plans to re-emerge in the future.
Kyle began providing the introductory voice-over for Kevin Smith & Ralph Garman's podcast, Hollywood Babble-On and is now doing several voiceovers and ads on the SModcast Network as a whole.
Additionally, Kyle provides the introductory voice-over for the "Tea-Baggers Pwndcast". A gaming podcast created by actor Chris Harrison in 2011 featuring both him and fellow actor Jeff Hannan and a number of guests monthly.
