L'Arpège (The Arpeggio) is a restaurant in Paris, France. The chef is Alain Passard. It was previously known as L'Archestrate, owned by his former mentor Alain Senderens from whom he bought it in 1986.
It earned one star in the Michelin Guide in its first year and one more to earn two. It earned three stars in 1996 which it has maintained.
The restaurant was voted 46th best in the world in The S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants in 2008.
