L'Altra Sicilia ("The Sicilian Alternative") is an association primarily involved in international rights, with its center in Brussels (Belgium), with the basic mission to assist Sicilian emigrants. The founder is Francesco Paolo Catania, who also serves as the organization's president.

The association publishes the bimonthly review "L'Isola".

During the 2006 Italian national elections of 2006, L'Altra Sicilia banded with the political movement "Per il Sud", to back a slate of candidates, called "L'Altra Sicilia - Per il Sud", in the "Foreign" electorate, "Europe" division. The slate received 2.1% of the total votes cast in the election.
