Leslie Anne Calkins is an American actress. Calkins is best known for her role as Leatherface's birth mother in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning. She is currently attending the University of Texas in Austin, Texas where she resides, and will be graduating in 2008. Calkins is also working on a book of short stories and is co-writing a screenplay that is to be filmed in 2008.

Calkins' younger sister, Sarah, is studying to be a physician. She currently attends Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania.
