He played high school football at Banneker High School where he was notched 74 tackles including five sacks as a senior and logged 80 tackles and 10 sacks as a junior Ajiboye was invited to play in the North-South All-Star Game.

College career[edit]

Spent the 2006 season at Hargrave Military Academy with fellow Gamecock Clifton Geathers, Ajiboye was a three-star prospect by and considered the nation's 61st-best defensive tackle.[1]

He enrolled to South Carolina in 2007 and had a successful Freshman season. Ajiboye had 10 starts and registered 39 tackles, most among the defensive tackles. He was named to Second TeamTSN Freshman All-American and a Freshman All-SEC selection by the league's coaches.[2]

Before the start of the 2009 Season, Ajiboye was suspended by coach Steve Spurrier, Spurrier said Ajiboye did not practice or be part of team activities and he hadn't take part in the Gamecocks first two spring practice sessions.[3] On May 21, he and his teammate C.C.
