Lady Samantha is a DJM Records compilation album by Elton John, released in 1980. The album features rarities and B-sides from the earliest days of John's career. [1] An earlier DJM version with the same track lineup was issued in the UK in 1974. It was only issued on 8-track and cassette tape at the time, and had different cover art than the LP version.
It was first released on CD by DJM in 1988, and reissued, with the same cover and sleeve art, but improved sound quality, by Polygram in 1998.
