Lahmard J. Tate aka Cuba Jr. (born 1970 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American actor and is the older brother of famed actor Larenz Tate.
Lahmard Tate is famously known for his roles in Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood as Ashtray's father and Sabretooth as Leon.
Another famous role was in Barbershop as Billy where he accompanies J.D. (Anthony Anderson) to an ATM robbery. In the whole film they spend their time trying to open this ATM. The audience discovers there is no money in the ATM as the store owner tells Calvin Palmer, Jr. (Ice Cube) that is no money in the machine.
He also had a recurring role as Jerome on the UPN series Moesha. He was in love with Niecey and he was Hakeem's best friend.
