Las Vegas Premium Outlets North is a 540,000-square-foot (50,000 m²) shopping mall located near Downtown Las Vegas located on 40 acres (16 ha).^[1] It is owned and managed by Simon Property Group, and part of Simon's Premium Outlets family of outlet malls.

The mall opened in August, 2003 with 435,000 square feet (40,400 m²) of space.^[2]^[3] The mall was expanded in 2008. The mall was also remodeled in 2011.
