The Lee's Summit Amtrak station is a train station in Lee's Summit, Missouri, United States served by Amtrak, the national railroad passenger system. The station was originally built in 1905 by the Missouri Pacific Railroad. Although the station house remains intact, passenger board the trains from an all-glass rail house across the tracks.

Of the twelve Missouri stations served by Amtrak, Lee's Summit was the fifth busiest in FY2010, boarding or detraining an average of approximately 70 passengers daily.[2]
