Lee Holden is a television personality whose health and wellness programming has appeared on American Public Television stations throughout America since 2005.
Lee Holden is best known for his qi gong line of television shows which were one of the first programs to introduce large numbers of (westerners) Americans to the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong.[1][2]
Lee Holden’s most popular programming on public television includes Qi Gong for Beginners, Qi Gong: Deeper Flow, and Qi Gong for Weight Loss.[3]
In 2010 his mother, Karen Holden, starred in her own line of exercise programming, which features movements inspired by qi gong, but also draws from yoga, tai chi, stretching, and balance exercise.
In addition to Lee’s television programming, he also holds workshops throughout the world, operates a wellness center in California, and works as a stress management consultant to top Silicon Valley corporations. Lee lives in Santa Cruz, California, with his wife, Lisa, and their twin daughters.[4]
