The Legislative District of Benguet is the current representation of the province of Benguet in the Philippine House of Representatives.

Starting 1916 the undivided Mountain Province (of which Benguet was a sub-province) and the city of Baguio were given representation in the Philippine Legislature. However, their three delegates were appointed by the Governor-General rather than elected by popular vote. The Mountain Province and Baguio City only began electing their representatives in 1935 by virtue of Act No. 4203, which also provided the territorial coverage for each representative district. The sub-province of Benguet and the chartered city of Baguio were represented as part of the second district of the Mountain Province until 1969, following the old province's division on June 18, 1966 through Republic Act No. 4695.

Benguet and Baguio City together elected one representative from 1969 to 1972. Both were represented in the Interim Batasang Pambansa as part of Region I from 1978 to 1984. Benguet, excluding the highly urbanized city of Baguio, elected one representative to the Regular Batasang Pambansa in 1984. Effective February 11, 1987, Benguet (Baguio re-grouped with it) was divided into two congressional districts under the new Constitution, and elected members to the restored House of Representatives starting that same year. The congressional district designated as the province's first district was later renamed as the Legislative district of Baguio City, and the second district was re-designated as the lone district. Both elected representatives under those designations starting 1995.
