The lone Congressional District of Malabon City-Navotas is the representation of the City of Malabon and the City of Navotas in the Philippine House of Representatives since its restoration in 1987. Malabon and Navotas were part of the representation of Rizal Province from 1907 up to 1972, and Region IV from 1978 to 1984. From 1984 to 1986, they were grouped together with Valenzuela for their representation in the Regular Batasang Pambansa.
This district will be defunct by 2010, to be replaced the two separate legislative districts of Malabon and Navotas, as per the provision in the city charter of the latter (RA 9387), approved in 2007.
