LeShop.ch is a Swiss online shopping center[1]. The company counts 30,000 regular customers and achieved a turnover of CHF 47'100'000 in 2005. With more than 7,500 food, near-food and non-food products, LeShop.ch is one of Europe's largest online grocery stores and, in the first quarter of 2006, the first one to achieve break-even after Great Britain's Tesco.com[citation needed].
The supermarket and Boutiques offer an assortment of products; groceries and other essentials, articles for home and hobby, delivered to the customers’ home. LeShop.ch delivers to almost all Swiss regions (around 83% of households). 17% of Switzerland is not covered.
The majority of customers are young families and professionally active people[citation needed].
