Liliana Năstase

Liliana Năstase Alexandru (born 1 August 1962) is a retired Romanian heptathlete. She was born in Vânju Mare.
She is best known for her gold medal at the 1993 World Indoor Championships. She also competed in the 100 metres hurdles.
