  • The Seven Network embarked on its biggest ratings massacre not seen in almost 30 years, winning the first 12 weeks outright.
  • The Nine Network won only two weeks overall (weeks 13 and 19).
  • Seven News, Deal Or No Deal and Today Tonight were the most watched news broadcast, game show and current affairs program across all five cities, winning a combined total of 171 weeks out of a possible 200 weeks (see below).
