At the ending of the movie, Chelios leaves Eve a message seconds before his death. In Crank: High Voltage, It's revealed that, just as in real life, his message was never heard because of the rushing wind preventing his voice from being heard. Chev runs into Eve who has now become a pole dancer (with the name "Lemon") due to her becoming sexually adventurous after the public sex scene. In the middle of the movie, Eve helps stimulate Chev through the friction created while having sex (once again in an open area while everyone else in the horse tracks watches on), and Chev runs after Vang, who narrowly escapes after Chev jumps on his car. By the end of the movie she is by his side as he appears to die once again.

In Crank: High Voltage, Doc Miles guides Chelios through the instructions of keeping alive now that his heart has been replaced with a AbioCor (depicted as AviCor). Throughout the credits, Doc Miles performs a heart transplant on Chelios, but it eventually ends as a failure. As everyone leaves Chelios on the operation table, his eyes open.
[edit] Orlando
Orlando, played by Reno Wilson, is an African American drug dealer in Los Angeles, California. In Crank, Chev buys cocaine from him in order to regain his stability. In Crank: High Voltage, Orlando is seen at a presumed homosexual club where his friend, Venus, calls him to help him take down El Huron and his gang of thugs who were responsible for his brother's death.
[edit] The Doctor

He is briefly seen in Crank: High Voltage where he is talking to a psychiatrist about him having visions of Chev Chelios pointing the gun to his head (featured in Crank). Ironically, after being inspired to live his life to its fullest he is killed when Johnny Vang shoots a bullet which eventually ricochets through to his head.

Don Kim, played by Keone Young, is the boss of the Chinese Triad in Los Angeles. After Chelios does not kill Don Kim, he tells him to never return to Los Angeles and be involved in the ongoing operations. At the end of the movie, Don Kim and his gang engage into a shootout with Carlito and his guards. The final battle leads to the end of the crime syndicate. In Crank: High Voltage, Don Kim informs Chev that there is a leader in the Triads named Poon Dong, who was in need of a heart transplant. When he heard of Chev being able to withstand the Chinese poison in the first film, he put out an order for Chev's heart. Don Kim then tells Chev that he wishes to return him to Poon Dong for a reward. Whilst Chelios sleeps in his apartment one night, Verona silently breaks in and injects Chelios with the "Beijing Cocktail". This is a synthetic drug which stops the flow of adrenaline in the body, slowing the heart, and eventually killing the victim. Chelios wakes to find a recorded video made by Verona mocking Chelios and explaining the situation, and that Chelios should only have about an hour left before the poison stops his heart, Chev apparently kills him by snapping his neck as they are falling from a helicopter. In Crank: High Voltage, it is revealed that his head was retrieved and kept alive in a fish tank-like life support system. He is killed 'again' by Chev when his head is kicked into a nearby pond.
[edit] The TV Reporter
The TV Reporter, played by Ted Garcia, is a news reporter who appears in Crank and Crank: High Voltage reporting on the mayhem and destruction that Chev was causing in Los Angeles. He dies from asphyxia and is shot multiple times during a shootout between Chev and thugs of Carlito's crime syndicate. His name is a pun on the Cantonese derogatory term for homosexuality.

Chocolate, played by Valarie Rae Miller, is Doc Miles' nurse/bitch. In Crank, she is first seen where Chev Chelios is trying to call Doc Miles for help but it turns out that he is on vacation and not available at the time. [edit] Carlito
Carlito, played by Carlos Sanz, is the head of the West Coast Crime Syndicate in Los Angeles. He betrays Chelios to Ricky Verona hoping to deflect blame for Don Kim's apparent assasination and take Verona on as his new hired gun when Chelios died. When Chelios comes to confront Carlito at his high rise pent house a massive shoot out ensues between Carlito's men and the Triads led by Don Kim. Carlito manages to slip away from the shootout with Verona to his private helicopter but before he can escape he is himself betrayed and killed by Verona when he shoots Carlito several times in the chest just before Chelios arrives to kill them both.
[edit] Alex Verona
Alex Verona, played by Jay Xcala, is the brother of Ricky Verona and El Huron. In Crank, he is followed by Kaylo who is trying to find Alex's brother Ricky for Chelios. Chelios shows up and slices off his gun hand and then uses it to kill Alex by shooting him in the back of the head splashing his brains all over a surprised Kaylo.
[edit] Crank: High Voltage
[edit] El Huron
El Huron (Spanish for The Ferret), played by Clifton Collins, Jr., is the head of an unknown Los Angeles-based crime syndicate (presumed the West Coast crime syndicate). It is found that El Huron was the brother of Ricky and Alex Verona, who were both slain by Chelios in Crank. At the end of the film, El Huron engages into a shootout with a number of gangs which results in him getting beaten to death by Chelios, after being fully charged up.
[edit] Ria
Ria, played by Ling Bai, is a Chinese prostitute at the Cypress Social Club. She claims to know where Johnny Vang is, and says she is in debt to Chev after he saved her from a fat mobster. She eventually points the way to a Strip Please where she says Vang is. She is said to be superhuman after being thrown through a door and involved in a bad hit and run, where she not only survived, but she didn't appear to be injured at all. She is seen at the very end of the film where Chev, thinking her being Eve, kisses Ria but burns her due to being set on fire after making contact with a power line transformer.
[edit] Dark Chocolate
Dark Chocolate, played by Julanne Chidi Hill, is Doc Miles' bitch/nurse. In Crank: High Voltage she is first seen wearing a thong laying on Miles while he was rubbing ice on her ass while she was watching an ad for Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks, when Doc Miles received a phone call from Chev he spilt his drink over Chocolate's ass causing it to burn. When Miles was explaining how Chev's new heart works he was using Chocolates bum as an example by rubbing it and spanking it. She helps bring back Chev's heart from Poon Dong by tricking him with prostitution.
[edit] Poon Dong
Poon Dong, played by the late David Carradine, is the head of the Chinese Triad. In Crank: High Voltage, he orders his thugs to find a man with a powerful indestructible heart which turns out to be Chev Chelios after surviving “The Beijing Cocktail”, a lethal drug. He is tricked by Dark Chocolate, who dresses as a prostitute, into having Chev's heart transplanted back into Chev Chelios. During the credits, Doc Miles puts the heart back into Chelios but is then thought a failure; As the people leave a presumed dead Chelios, his eyes open along with heart beats.
The name of the character is a pun, being both a stereotypical Chinese-sounding name and slang for genitalia.
[edit] Venus
Venus, played by Efren Ramirez, is the twin brother of Kaylo, who was murdered by Ricky Verona's thugs after luring Chev Chelios to their hideout. In Crank: High Voltage, Venus who has Full Body Tourette's, exacts revenge wherein he, with the help of Orlando, brings down the gang that were responsible for his brother's death. He has a slight lisp, and pronounces his name as "Penis"
[edit] Johnny Vang
Johnny Vang, played by Art Hsu, is a member of the Chinese Triad in Los Angeles. In Crank: High Voltage, he is chased by Chev Chelios who believes he is the holder of his indestructible heart. He is eventually pinned at an electric plant and Chelios discovers that what he was chasing is not there but inside Poon Dong's body. He is killed by Chico by a gunshot to the head. Throughout the film Vang carries a red cooler with a white lid, sealed with a combination padlock, which Chelios initially believes to contain his stolen heart. The fact that Vang never lets the cooler go until forced to and repeatedly risks his life to hang onto it reinforces this belief, but when Chev finally wrests it from Vang and forces him to open it, it is revealed to contain something else. What, exactly, is never revealed to the audience, but Chelios himself recoils in disgust when he sees it-despite not knowing exactly what it is, if his comments at the time are any indication. The fact that whatever 'it' was caused a professional hitman to lapse into uncomprehending disgust, as well as Vang's desperate insistence that no-one look inside it, suggest that the cooler's contents were not only illegal, but horrifcally immoral or perverted.
[edit] Chico
Chico, played by Joseph Julian Soria, is a heavily tattooed Mexican American member of El Huron's Crime Syndicate. He is first seen attempting to torture Johnny Vang and another triad member by cutting off their elbows (which he also does to the triad member that was with Vang) in order to learn where Chev Chelios is so he can take him to his boss El Huron. He is interrupted when Chev shows up at the club, starting a gun fight in which Chico is wounded by Chelios, but still manages to escape along with Vang. He is later punished by El Huron for not bringing Chelios to him by being forced to cut off his own nipples and then being ordered once again to track down Chelios. After Chelios confronts Johnny Vang, Chico finally catches up with him, shooting Vang in the head and knocking Chev out. He later ties Chev up to the back of a boat and drags him across the water to El Huron's home in Santa Catalina Island, urinating on him in the process. After they get to the island, a large shootout takes place between Chev's friends and El Huron's thugs. Chico attacks Chelios with a stun baton until Chelios easily disarms him and impales him through the stomach with the baton, killing him.
[edit] Karen Chelios
Karen Chelios, played by Geri Halliwell, is Chev Chelios's mother. In Crank, her voice is heard towards the end of the film. In Crank: High Voltage, she first appears with her son, a young Chev Chelios, on a fictional British talk show entitled, The Luke Cunard Show, telling the show host of Chev's violent tendencies. It is revealed that Chev's father died before he was born.
