This article lists the results of the finals of the Heineken Cup. From 1996 to 2014, the Heineken Cup had been Europe's premier rugby union club competition, but it will be replaced effective in 2014–15 by the European Rugby Champions Cup. Professional teams from England, France, Ireland, Italy, Scotland, and Wales competed, with each country having their own qualification criteria. The cup was contested annually, with 24 teams split into six pools. The top eight teams from the pool stages qualified for the quarter finals; the four winners then contested the semi-finals; the two winners then played one another in the Heineken Cup final.

The Champions Cup will have the same general format as the Heineken Cup, except that it will involve 20 teams instead of 24.
