The following is an episode list for the children's television series, Max and Ruby, based on the books by Rosemary Wells. This animated television series was first broadcast in 2002. Each episode was composed of three vignettes.

Max then secretly goes back downstairs and after falling asleep he wakes up to find Santa Claus coming with their gifts. After asking Santa many questions Santa Claus leaves their gifts with Max and disappears. The next day Ruby is shocked to see that Max wasn't in his bed and was sleeping downstairs. She doesn't see the gifts, but Max reveals them to Ruby under his blankets and the episode ends with Max saying "Because." | |||||

| Max wants to play with his Christmas gift; A screaming green alien gorilla. Ruby tells him to help her with her snowqueen that she is building for Grandma to see. Max follows the cord of it until he discovers that the gorilla was in the snowqueen which they had run over when they were making a snowball for the Snowqueen. | |||||

While Ruby and Louise watch everybody else go down the hill Max takes their toboggan (Louise says the hill only allows toboggans.) and goes Down Rocket Run.
