[edit] Celestial Being
In Mobile Suit Gundam 00, the term Gundam is the generic designation for a line of unique and highly effective mobile weapons developed by the paramilitary organization Celestial Being.
As of the sidestory Mobile Suit Gundam 00P, the 0 Gundam is the only known first generation suit within the Gundam line, and only five completed GN Drives are stated to exist. However, ten second generation prototype suits are said to have been planned, each named after one of the twenty-two Major Arcana in the Tarot, with the five completed GN Drives transferred from one unit to another. Celestial Being has, to this point, deployed five third generation Gundams at different points in the series proper (Exia, Dynames, Kyrios, Nadleeh/Virtue, Rasiel), and four fourth generation Gundam currently exist. (Cherudim, Arios, Seravee/Seraphim and 00). Professor Ralph Aifman has speculated that the Gundams are roughly a decade or two more advanced than Union mobile suits as of 2307. For unspecified reasons, the Gundams cannot be tomographically sectioned.
[edit] GN-000 0 Gundam
The first Gundam-type mobile suit ever created and the first mobile suit to be powered by a GN Drive, which intervened during a battle in the Krugis Republic in AD 2301 with Ribbons as its pilot. The 0 Gundam was built as a prototype for Gundam Astraea, which was in turn the basis for Gundam Exia. Though the reasons for it are unknown, the 0 Gundam was placed in storage with its GN Drive being loaned to Fereshte and then ultimately returned and transferred into the 00 Gundam. However, during the final battle with the Innovators, a repainted 0 Gundam is brought back into service equipped with a GN Particle Condenser so Lasse Aeon can pilot it while defending the Ptolemaios II until its particles are spent and is forced to abandon the mobile suit drifting in space near the space fortress Celestial Being. As a result, after stealing a GN Drive from the damaged 00 Gundam, but with his Reborn Gundam too damaged from the fight to continue, Ribbons installs the GN Drive into the 0 Gundam and pilots it before it is ultimately destroyed in a duel with the Gundam Exia R2.
The only known armaments the 0 Gundam possessed are a shield, beam rifle, and beam saber. Its original GN particle release pattern resembles a pair of very large butterfly-like wings. In Trans-Am mode, the 0 Gundam operates three times its normal capacity. It is the only mecha in the series thus far designed by Kunio Okawara, who has designed the majority of the Gundam-type suits in the Gundam meta-series since its inception.[citation needed]
- GN-000FA Full-Armor 0 Gundam
- Appears in the sidestory Mobile Suit Gundam 00V. The Full-Armor 0 Gundam is a armored version of 0 Gundam. A series of thick armored plating has been added to shield the overall pre-existing armor to give 0 Gundam greater defense and survivability in combat.
[edit] Second Generation
[edit] GNY-001 Gundam Astraea
Appears in the side-story Mobile Suit Gundam 00P. This unit is a prototype version of the GN-001 Gundam Exia.
The unit name derives from the goddess Astraea, who is associated with the card Justice—one of the twenty-two Major Arcana in the Tarot.[1] The other Gundam test-types follow this naming theme.[2]
- GNY-001F Gundam Astraea (Type-F)
- Appears in the sidestory Mobile Suit Gundam 00F, set 15 years after 00P, as one of Fereshte Gundams. Its color scheme has been altered to red with grey highlights, and the face has been covered with a visor mask to conceal its identity as a Gundam.
- GNY-001F Gundam Astraea (Type F2)
- Appears in the sidestory Mobile Suit Gundam 00F, set 15 years after 00P, as one of Fereshte Gundams. Its color scheme remains red like the Gundam Astraea Type F but the armor has been changed to look more akin to Gundam Exia. Its armament remains the same as the one used in Gundam Astraea and Gundam Astraea Type-F.
[edit] GNY-002 Gundam Sadalsuud
A prototype to the Dynames, which appears in the sidestory Mobile Suit Gundam 00P.
- GNY-002F Gundam Sadalsuud (Type-F)
- As of the sidestory Mobile Suit Gundam 00F, the redesignated Sadalsuud (Type-F) has undergone significant armor upgrades, but not to such a degree that the effectiveness of its sensor system is compromised. The unit is stolen by Hixar Fermi after Fereshte gains a second GN Drive (having recovered the Nadleeh's ejected engine after its battle against the UN Army).
[edit] GNY-003 Gundam Abulhool
(أبو الهول lit: Sphinx?) Appears in the sidestory Mobile Suit Gundam 00P. This unit is a 2nd generation prototype Gundam, it has the ability to transform between flight mode and mobile suit mode similar to its successor the Gundam Kyrios. Its weapon loadout includes GN vulcans and two 3-tube, nine round GN missile launchers.
- GNY-003F Gundam Abulhool (Type-F)
- Appears in the sidestory Mobile Suit Gundam 00F as one of Fereshte's Gundams. In flight mode it can use plasma engines instead of GN particles to conceal it being a Gundam
[edit] GNY-004 Gundam Plutone
Appears in the sidestory Mobile Suit Gundam 00P and Mobile Suit Gundam 00F. The Gundam Plutone has a Core Fighter inside that houses both the cockpit and the GN Drive and can be used as an escape unit. The Plutone was later destroyed, having sustained heavy damage at the hands of Micheal Trinity's GNW-002 Throne Zwei. Fon Spaak activated the Plutone's self destruct mechanism and escaped using its Core fighter. A Tau-Drive Plutone sporting a black-and-red paintjob appears in 00F Chapter 16, and chapter 17 reveals that its pilot is Innovator Bring Stabity.
[edit] GNY-0042-874 Gundam Artemie
Featured in Gundam 00P, The Artemie is a prototype Mobile Unit piloted by Hanayo and inherited the Trial system from GNY-004 Gundam Plutone. The Artemie's appearance is a motif after a bee or wasp with the GN Drive as its "abdomen"/stinger and four GN Bits fashioned as its wings. Artemie's combat abilities were never fully defined, but it can be presumed to be similar to Gundam Nadleeh and Seraphim; a high speed close range combat unit, capable of disabling enemy mobile units with Trial. It has no alternate transformation form but it's equipped with a GN Spray Gun. Its design and battle data was later used and adapted into the GNR-101A GN Archer.
[edit] Third Generation
[edit] GN-001 Gundam Exia
Gundam Exia is the mobile suit piloted by protagonist Setsuna F Seiei during the first series of Mobile Suit Gundam 00. Exia is the second Gundam to appear in the series as it overpowers and destroys the AEU's latest mobile suit, the Enact, during a public demonstration of the Enact's capabilities.s1 ep1 Designed for melee combat, Exia's primary weapon is a massive metal blade mounted on its right forearm, which can be folded down to reveal a beam gun. Additional handheld swords, beam blades, and shield compliment Exia's armament. While the Exia is in battle with the Ali Al-Saachez piloting the stolen Gundam Throne Zwei, the death of Aeolia Schenberg triggers a system trap and activates Exia's Trans-Am system and releases the Gundam's full potential.s1 ep22 During the battle at Lagrange point 1, Exia is severely damaged during its confrontation with Graham Aker in an upgraded Flag, the GN-Flag, and left drifting in space.s1 ep25 The partially repaired Exia (GN-001R) makes a short appearance during the first episode of the second series. Although it could stand its ground against the GN-XIII, it was no match for the newer Ahead. Celestial Being recovers the Exia after its battle at the Proud colony and installs the Exia's GN Drive on the 00 Gundam.s2 ep1 A repaired and upgraded Exia, Exia R2, termed GN-001RII, makes another appearance in the last episode of the second series, when Setsuna transfers from the wrecked 00 Gundam to pilot the Exia against Ribbons Almark, piloting the 0 Gundam. s2 ep25
- GN-001/hs-A01 Gundam Avalanche-Exia
- Appears in the manga sidestory Mobile Suit Gundam 00V. The GN-001 Gundam Exia can be equipped with the optional high-mobility equipment hs-A01 Avalanche. Though the GN particle propulsion system native to the Exia allows for relatively high speed and acceleration, the unit is actually incapable of matching or exceeding certain aircrafts and spacecrafts in flight. The Avalanche was developed for the purpose of eliminating this issue. The optional equipment consists of a series of large-capacity GN particle condenser attachments, which act to store the particle production of the GN drive for release in a single 10-minute burst of ultra-high speed. Higher output is possible, but the strain it places on the body of the pilot becomes severe. As the condensers require a full hour to charge, repeated use of the burst function is impossible. The standard Seven Swords armaments can be mounted behind the Avalanche equipment, and quickly deployed for use. The name "Avalanche" refers to the immediate elimination of all units before the attached Exia, as if in the face of an avalanche. "hs" stands for "high speed," and "A01" stands for "Avalanche Unit-01."
[edit] GN-002 Gundam Dynames
GN-002 Gundam Dynames is one of the protagonist units of the anime series Mobile Suit Gundam 00. The Dynames main weapon is the GN Sniper Rifle, a long-barreled beam rifle which is used during standard sniping missions. For close combat, the Dynames has a pair of GN Beam Pistols mounted on its lower legs as well as two GN beam sabers stored at either side of the movable rear thrusters. Other standard armament include a small GN Shield, secured upon the rotatable shoulder dock opposite the sniper rifle and the mantle-like GN Full-Shield which consists of two shoulder-docked shield extensions that offer varying degrees of frontal protection. The GN Full Shield can be controlled by Haro at the pilot's request. Dynames also houses 24 GN missiles launched from behind the frontal knee and skirt armor for dealing with multiple enemies. Its most powerful weapon however is the GN Extreme Long Range Sniper Rifle, an optional stationary armament capable of targeting and sniping targets in planetary orbit. Though never activated in the series, had the Trans-Am System been enabled, it would have boosted Dynames's specs to three times the normal amount and its acceleration would have caused afterimages to appear.
- GN-002/DG014 Gundam Dynames-Torpedo
- Appears in the sidestory Mobile Suit Gundam 00V. The GN-002 Gundam Dynames can be equipped with the optional anti-marine equipment DG014 Torpedo. The standard GN Sniper Rifle is exchanged for the bipod-mounted GN Torpedo Launcher, designed to eliminate submersible opponents from a stationary position above sea level. The weapon, comparable in size and usage to the unit's optional orbital rifle, is secured over the forearm and to the right rotatable shoulder dock. A sonar sensor is attached to the Dynames' left shoulder, and a goggle-like device is attached over the eyes. The unit possesses only one beam saber. Since the unit had to rely on its GN-pistols for defense while using this unit as it had no other long range weapons, the unit was only used a few times to get rid of multiple undersea units.
[edit] GN-003 Gundam Kyrios
One of the protagonist units of the anime series Mobile Suit Gundam 00. The GN-003 Kyrios is a high-mobility suit that can transform into a jet-fighter mobile armor mode. Its accelerative capacity far outstrips most mobile suits, lending a strong advantage in hit-and-run tactics. The optional weapons container used with its flight mode can be armed for support. To accommodate for flight mode, all limbs and armor are to some extent variable; the unit's hip and ankle joints are fully rotatable, and the head and forearms can be retracted. Kyrios' primary weapons are a two-barreled GN beam submachine gun (operable in both flight and mobile suit modes) and a shield that sports a pincer claw to seize enemy mobile suits as well as a retractable heat blade. Two GN Beam Sabers are also stored in the hips for melee combat. Optional armaments include a pair of 3-tube GN missile launchers mounted on the arms and one of two detachable tail units mounted onto the aft of Kyrios' flight mode; one with multiple GN missile tubes for bombing runs, the other with a pair of GN cannons and additional thrusters for increased speed. Kyrios also has the ability to use a GN-Field, which is used during episode 15 of the first season, though the barrier is not as large to that of Virtue's. During Trans-Am the unit's speed is boosted around 3 times allowing the unit moves so fast that it produces after images.
After the battle against the UN Army ended, Allelujah ejected the unit's GN Drive before it came into the hands of the UN Army. The GN Drive was recovered by Fon Spaak for Fereshte, and after Celestial Being negotiated for its return (along with the 0 Gundam's GN Drive, which was also in Fereshte's possession), it is now used on the Arios.
- GN-003/af-G02 Gundam Kyrios Gust
- Appears in the sidestory Mobile Suit Gundam 00V. Has the ability to exit the atmosphere of the Earth. It takes the form of large jets mounted on the legs of the Kyrios. It allowed the suit to fly at extremely fast speeds, and while it wasn't able to make sharp turns it could turn fairly well due to the equipment being mounted on the legs. they were also equipped with GN-Missile Pods and a GN-Shotgun which despite its name could fire at a far enough distance. Despite this the unit was more suited for transport and rushing toward locations than it was for combat, and as a result it was only used a handful of times. The Innovators later used a derivative of the Gust Unit to make jets for their personal Mobile Suits to travel to locations faster. Unlike the Gust Unit, the jets could be dropped from the mobile suit with ease due to mass production.
[edit] GN-004 Gundam Nadleeh
The uncovered high-mobility mode of the GN-005 Virtue, Gundam Nadleeh is slimmer and more mobile than the Virtue, Nadleeh specializes in high mobility and is armed with a GN Beam Rifle and a GN Shield. Because the Virtue's armor lacks additional weapon mounts, Nadleeh's weapons are usually kept stored on the Ptolemy and must be either delivered to or picked up by Nadleeh. While waiting for its own armaments, Nadleeh is able to defend itself with Virtue's beam sabers or by converting Virtue's GN Cannons into a handheld configuration. The Nadleeh is also equipped with an emergency program called the Trial System, which enables it to control any Mobile Suits connected to Veda in the event of their capture. When the Trans-Am System is activated, it boosts Nadleeh's specs to three times the normal amount and its acceleration causes afterimages to appear. The Nadleeh is heavily damaged in battle with U.N.'s GN-X suits in ep.24-25. Celestial Being recovers the remains of Nadleeh, along with Tieria Erde. The GN-Drive is then installed in GN-008 Seravee.
- GN-004/te-A02 Gundam Nadleeh Akwos
- The variation of Gundam Nadleeh in 00V. The name "Akwos" means head in Navajo language. It allows the influence of the Trial System to be expanded to ten times. The equipment also increases its combat and defensive potential, giving it better armor, a solid blade, the GN-Gladius, and increasing its speed. Due to the take over of Veda the Trial System cannot be used, and since this armor must be put on after removing the components of the Virtue, whose sheer power is used very often in combat and missions, this unit is not put in practical use, making it the least used of the 3rd generation Gundam's special equipment; It was only used twice after the existence of Nadleeh was revealed to the world.
[edit] GN-005 Gundam Virtue
One of the protagonist units of the anime series Mobile Suit Gundam 00, the GN-005 Virtue boasts sufficient firepower to independently annihilate numerically superior forces. Its primary weapon is the GN Bazooka, an energy cannon that fires massive blasts capable of destroying multiple enemy mobile suits in a single shot. Due to the GN Bazooka's slow rate of fire, the Virtue is also equipped with a pair of shoulder mounted, double barreled GN Cannons and a pair of GN beam sabers (the latter are rarely used however as the Virtue's heavy armor plating severely limits its speed and maneuverability in melee combat). A spherical GN particle barrier can also be generated from specialized projectors mounted along Virtue's chassis for added defense or other applications such as weight reduction during shutdown for ease of transportation with constant generator activity When the Trans-Am System is activated, the charging time of Virtue's GN Bazooka is drastically lowered and the shot becomes stronger. In emergency circumstances, the bulky armor of the Virtue is removable and can be ejected during battle to convert into an alternate high-mobility mode, GN-004 Nadleeh.
- GN-005/PH Gundam Virtue Physical
- A variation of Gundam Virtue introduced in 00P. The Virtue Physical has its GN Bazooka replaced with GN Physical Bazooka which fire solid rounds. The shoulder GN Cannons are replaced with a single larger GN Beam Cannon. It also has GN Panzerfaust and GN missile containers built into its leg armors. The only weapons remaining from its Particle counterpart are GN Beam Sabers. The armor was also completely different than the armor that usually covers the Nadleeh. This was because it originally took too many particles to feasably use heavy beam weapons in combat. However after they found a way around the problem the Virtue physical's armor was put into storage and was used only a handful of times when the Virtue Particle Armor (the usual form of Virtue) was unusable.
[edit] GNR-001 GN Arms
The GN Arms is a mobile armor/weapons platform created for Celestial Being's Gundams. The GN Arms uses GN particles to power its weapons and propulsion. It can draw these particles from its internal condensers or from a Gundam's GN Drive while they are docked. The Arms can act as backup combat support for the Gundam(s) or transform to dock with the mobile suit as a mobile armor (in this form it is called GN Armor). Only 2 are known to exist (the Type-E for Exia, and the Type-D for the Dynames).
[edit] GN-XXX Gundam Rasiel
A 3rd-generation Gundam that appears in the sidestory Mobile Suit Gundam 00P. Is a experimental GN mobile suit created by Celestial Being which was a bridge experiment platform with GNR-000 GN Sefer to perfect development of GN Arms and GNR-010 0 Raiser. When combined with GN Sefer, they become Sefer Rasiel. Gundam Rasiel's main armament consists of basic MS compliments of a beam saber, beam rifle and shield. Its Meister's name is Grave Violento.
[edit] GNR-000 GN Sefer
GNR-000 GN Sefer is a prototype mobile platform developed alongside the GN-XXX Gundam Rasiel. The GNR-001 GN Arms is the enhanced succeeding mobile platform to GNR-000 Sefer. When GN Sefer and Gundam Rasiel combined, they become the Sefer Rasiel. Its pilot is Hixar Fermi. The GN Sefer can also be combined with the four third-generation Gundams, as well as the 0 Gundam (this, however, is so far only seen in hobby magazines and model kits).
[edit] GNR-010 0 Raiser
The 0 Raiser is a mobile weapons platform specifically designed to complement the GN-0000 00 Gundam. It can combine with 00 Gundam to form the 00 Raiser. Outwardly the unit looks very similar to the GN-Sefer. The 0 Raiser helps stabilize the 00's Twin Drive system and has the ability to amplify 00 Gundam's Trans-Am System, quadrupling the GN particle output of either one of the twin drives. On its own, the 0 Raiser is equipped with GN-Micro Missiles, GN-Beam Machineguns, and GN-Vulcans. Saji Crossroad is the current pilot of the unit but while connected to 00 Gundam it does not require a pilot.[3]
- GNR-010/XN XN Raiser|GN-0000+GNR-010/XN 00 Gundam/00 XN Raiser
- The XN Raiser is the variation of 0 Raiser appeared in Gundam 00V. When in use, this variation simply connects to the 00 Gundam's back, forming the 00 Gundam XN. In comparison to the 0 Raiser, The XN Raiser is both smaller yet more armored than the 0 Raiser. Not only does it increase the performance of the 00 Gundam, it is also equipped with 2 large GN Buster Sword III which are incredibly durable and can cut particle beams with just one swing. The problem was however that the particle output was highly unstable, and as a result the combined machine could randomly begin to lower and rise in performance for no reason. Furthermore, using Trans-Am had a 40% chance of causing the XN Raiser itself to self destruct while attached to the 00 Gundam, and while the 00 had a low risk of damage if this were to happen, the solution of simply mass-producing XN Raisers was still unreliable, so the data from the project was used to create the 0 Raiser, while the only remaining XN Raiser was modified to be able to dock with all of Celestial Being's 3rd and 4th generation Gundams as a support machine. Two versions of the XN 00 series was made. The aforementioned detachable XN pack could combine with 00 to form the XN 00 Raiser without the 0 Raiser component or the XN Raiser itself could be attached to 00 to form 00 XN Raiser. One difference between the original 0 Raiser and the XN is that the XN is used as a backpack configuration while the regular 0 Raiser attaches a rear section and its binders to the 00 Gundam itself.
[edit] GNR-101A GN Archer
The GN (read as 'gun') Archer is a mobile weapons platform which is the result of the design and battle data gathered from its predecessor, the Gundam Artemie. Designed to specifically support the GN-007 Arios Gundam in mobile armor mode in a manner not too dissimilar to the Kyrios' tail-booster. When docked with Arios, the resulting form is known as Archer Arios. It uses a large GN condenser instead of a GN drive as its power source. Although the GN Archer can improve the Arios' functions while docked, it is also capable of transforming into a standalone mobile suit. Its weapons include two wide-barreled GN Beam Rifles, GN Beam Sabers, GN Vulcans and GN Missiles. Soma Peries (Marie Parfacy) is the pilot of this unit.
[edit] Fourth Generation
[edit] GN-006 Cherudim Gundam
GN-002 Gundam Dynames successor, which like the Dynames can use a Sniper Mode, by exposing a forehead scope used specifically with a rifle-like control device within the cockpit. The cockpit also contains a customized dock for Lockon's orange Haro. The Cherudim is equipped with a dedicated precision targeting camera located in its head, above the V-Fin, similar to Dynames. In addition, during Trans-Am it deploys a HoloScreen, a targeting unit stored in the backpack which is used to boost Cherudim's accuracy by increasing the speed at which it processes targeting information. The Cherudim's primary armament is its GN Sniper Rifle II, which is stored on the right shoulder. Folded in half for storage, it can be used in this configuration as a short-to-medium-range three-barrel Vulcan gun. Its other main weapons are its GN Beam Pistol IIs stored in its backpack. Unlike the Dynames, the Cherudim is not equipped with Beam Sabers. However, The GN Beam Pistol II can serve as its melee weapon, sporting an anti-beam coating capable of blocking enemy beam sabers and can be used as an axe. The 4 GN Micro Missile Pods that make up the front skirt armor house 8 GN Micro Missiles that are identical to those used by the 0 Raiser. Finally, the Cherudim is equipped with the Shield Bit system which allows all nine GN Shield Bits, two of which are mounted to the left shoulder as a shield, another two on the knees and the others mounted around the GN Drive on its rear waist to be remotely controlled and used for defensive purposes, though they also store a beam gun for offense as well similar to the Throne-Zwei's GN Fangs. Four Shield Bits can combine into one in order to emit a more powerful beam.
- GN-006GNHW/R Cherudim Gundam GN Heavy Weapon/Rifle
- In episode 22 of season 2, the Cherudim Gundam receives some additional weaponry in the form of an additional armour plate/2 rifle bits mounted on its right shoulder. Additionally, the Shield Bits mounted on the GN Drive are moved to the left shoulder, making room for four more Rifle Bits. In Episode 23/24 Cherudim duels with the Arche Gundam inside the Celestial Being Space Fortress. Cherudim receives heavy damage against the Arche but ultimately wins the duel when Arche was disabled by Seraphim's Trial Field. In the final episode Lockon saves Setsuna with his remaining GN Shield Bits, he then battles Revive Revival's Gadessa with his heavily damaged Gundam. In a hard fought battle Lockon is able to defeat Revive by destroying the Gadessa's GN Mega Launcher and drawing the long range mobile suit into a close range battle. Lockon does this by using the remaining one second of Trans-am to dodge a fatal blow and finishing off the Gadessa at point blank range with GN Beam Pistol. The resulting explosion leaves the Cherudim heavily damaged and no longer able to fight. The ultimate fate of the unit is unknown but as Lockon survives past this battle it can be assumed the Gundam was salvaged along with its pilot.
- GN-006/SA Cherudim Gundam SAGA
- First appeared in the 00V series, the Cherudim Gundam SAGA is a variant of the Cherudim Gundam designed for base assault. SAGA stands for "Special Assault GUNDAM Arms". The SAGA's armaments follows a scheme based on Exia's Seven Swords, but retooled into what Ian calls "Seven Guns". These include the GN Assault Carbine mounted on the right shoulder, 2 GN Sub-Machine Guns held on the knees, 2 GN Beam Pistols kept holster on either side of the hips and 2 GN Beam Pistol IIs held on its back. Instead of the GN Shield Bits, which are ineffective in small areas, the SAGA is equipped with a handy GN Small Shield stored on its left shoulder. Because the SAGA lacks the GN Shield Bits, its GN Drive has additional armor. In addition to its guns, it is armed with GN Missile Pods and a GN Missile Container on its back.
[edit] GN-007 Arios Gundam
Arios is the successor unit to the GN-003 Gundam Kyrios and similarly can transform into a mobile armor. The Arios is equipped with two dual-barreled GN Beam Rifles which can rapidly fire beam shots. Also attached to each of the unit's wrists are a pair of small GN submachine guns which can fire at the same rate as the Arios's GN Beam Rifle. A pair of beam sabers are also attached to the lower part of the unit's legs and can slice through a GNX-XIII's GN-rifle/lance with ease. Its prow called the GN Beam Shield while in the mobile armor mode can be used as a claw similar to the GN-Heat Blade/Shield of Kyrios and can also be used defensively in MS mode using a defence mechanism that's different from GN-Fields though its never seen being used defensively in the anime. Optional armaments include the GNR-101A GN Archer, which combines with the Arios in mobile armor mode to form the Archer Arios. When the Trans-Am system is activated, the Arios's speed is boosted 3 times, giving it speed fast enough to produce afterimages.
- GN-007GNHW/M Arios Gundam GN Heavy Weapon/Missile
- In episode 22 of season 2, the Arios Gundam is upgraded with two missile containers mounted on its back and a wide barrel beam rifle named GN Cannon capable of destroying a group of mobile suits in one shot or firing smaller, less powerful shots but with less charging time, reminiscent of Virtue's GN Bazooka. This same weapon also has 2 GN Vulcans on its side Its top side has been modifies slightly to equip a weapon named GN Beam Rifle as well In episode 25, Super Soldier Allelujah/Hallelujah and Lockon Stratos assist Setsuna in his battle against Ribbons Almark's Ribbons Gundam, Revive Revival's Gadessa and Healing Care's Garazzo. The Super Soldier easily defeats Healing Care, by first ripping the escape pod from the Garazzo and then finishing her off by cutting her unit in half with the Prow claw, destroying the prow in the process. Allelujah/Hallelujah then attempts to assist Setsuna in his duel with Ribbons but is heavily damaged by the Ribbons Gundam's GN Fangs. The ultimate fate of the unit is unknown, but since Allelujah survives the battle it can be assumed that the mobile suit's remains were salvaged.
- GN-007/AL Arios Gundam Ascalon
- First seen in 00V, this is a vaiant of the Arios recolored red and equipped with the Ascalon unit for close range combat and long range bombardment. Missile contaiers have been added to backs of the unit's shoulders for bombardment purposes, A GN Beam cannon was added as a substitute to the GN Twin Beam Rifle (although the Arios still retains the latter), and a GN sword has been given to the Arios for Meele purposes. Although the GN Sword is reminiscent of the Exia's, it is shaped more like a long, thin spade. Further more, it has functions more similar to the Kyrios' Heat Blade, and can be wielded in both Moblie Suit and Mobile Armor mode. however the heat blade functiality is only useable in Mobile Armor mode, bringing its cutter more resemblance to the Kyrios' shield.
[edit] GN-008 Seravee Gundam
Successor to the GN-005 Gundam Virtue that carries over the heavy armament concept and the Trans-Am System. Like the Virtue, it wields four cannons, though they are slimmer. Said cannons are placed in pairs at the knees and on the back of the unit, and a pair of GN-Bazookas. They can also be attached onto the two cannons at the back which can then fire a charged high-density, compressed blast known as "Buster Cannon". The combined form of the GN-Bazookas is called "Double Bazooka", and can also switch to Burst mode to fire a more powerful shot. If it is fired together with the four cannons it is known as "Hyper Bazooka". Attaching the Double Bazooka onto the right cannon at the back will form the "Double Bazooka Cannon", while switching to Burst mode will become "Double Bazooka Buster Cannon". It is also equipped with a pair of GN-Beam sabers which are attached to the wrists of the unit. The two knee-mounted cannons and the two shoulder cannons hide a pair of hands, which can be equipped with beam sabers. There is a torso-sized head that resembles a Gundam's on the back of the Seravee, it is a GN Particle emitter and rear view camera, which generates GN Fields when the V-fins split to expose the eyes (known as Face Burst mode), which is actually the Seraphim Gundam. The GN Field produced by it can also be used to focus a powerful cohesive blast, using the four smaller cannons, at the front. While Trans-Am is activated, the GN-Particle output is increased to thrice its normal amount. The Seravee is also equipped with the "Seraphim System" which is actually the torso-sized head and shoulder cannons of the Seravee, which separates from the main unit and transforms, becoming the Seraphim Gundam.
In episode 22 of season 2, the during the fight for Veda in episode 23 of the second season.
- GN-008GNHW/B Seravee Gundam Heavy Weapon/Beam
- Celestial Being had planned for Seravee, Cherudim, and Arios to undergo system upgrades as part of their overall GN-H(eavy)-W(eapons) development to their Gundams. Two plans were drafted and originally Seravee's refit would produce the GN-008GNHW/3G Seravee Gundam; the plans for such a project became unrealistic as production problems arose and the secondary plans were reconsidered, the configuration. Due to time constraints and feasibility issues, CB engineers opted for creating the GNHW/B parts for a quick refit for Seravee. The GNHW/B upgrades were completed in Lagrange 5 and transported by CB's Lab Transport ship to Ptolemy II for the refit. Seravee Gundam receives additional weaponry on its shoulders and legs making it appear similar to Gundam Virtue and two GN Cannons on its waist. The new weapons also appear to be able to amplfy the ability of Seravee's GN-Field. Seravee Gundam was heavily damaged by Gadessa and Garazzo during episode 24 of the second season.
- GN-008GNHW/3G Seravee Gundam Heavy-Weapon/3G
- Featured in Gundam-00V, Seravee is a GN-H(eavy)-W(eapons) type. During the conflict between A-Laws and Celestial Being, A-Laws continuously introduced new and more for formidable MS and MA units that challenged the survivability of CB's Gundams. The demand for more powerful weapons was necessary to help Celestial Being and their Meisters maintain an edge to survive in future conflicts. An upgrade design was drafted for both Seravee and Seraphim as part of their GN-H(eavy)-W(eapons) development, GN-008GNHW/3G Seravee Gundam. Seravee's enhancements included Seraphim and two unmanned Seraphims called SEM for the expansion of the Trial System to a wider area and from which Veda-linked machines with solar furnaces are rendered useless. Along with Seravee, the two SEMs are communicated to using quantum signals from Seraphim, and this remote control interaction range is theoretically infinite. On the other hand, there is a limit to the area that the Trial System can expand to. Nevertheless, an area of a hundred kilometers can be covered and the whole battlefield can be covered completely. Though the development was sped up as a trump card to the enemy Innovators, manufacturing the two SEMs was difficult, and as the current status is that its meister, Tieria, has not regained the link to Veda, the SEMs are only a luggage to Seravee and there was anxiety of being shot down before Veda was recaptured; Seravee sortied in the final battle with GNHW/B, which was the second plan.
[edit] GN-009 Seraphim Gundam
The high-mobility mode of the Seravee Gundam that came from Seravee's torso-sized head and shoulder mounted GN Cannons. Slimmer and more mobile than the Seravee, Seraphim specializes in high mobility and is armed with a pair of hands that can turn into GN Cannons and have the ability to pass through GN fields, and it also has a pair of GN Beam Sabers hidden inside. When utilizing the Seraphim Gundam, the pilot's seat in Seravee performs a 180-degree turn into the Seraphim's cockpit prior to Seraphim's separation from Seravee. The Seravee, while pilotless, could be controlled via an interface in the Seraphim.
Similar to Nadleeh, Seraphim is equipped with a increased performance Trial System dubbed the "Trial Field", activates when revealing the torso-sized Gundam face. It now has a wider effective range, and can shut down any unit linked to Veda. After linking his mind to the machine, Tieria activates this special ability via Veda, thereby effectively stopping Gagas' suicide attack against Ptolemy 2 in episode 24. Unfortunately, Seraphim Gundam was soon shot down by Ribbon's mobile suit. It is unknown whether the unit or its GN Drive is salvaged by Celestial Being.
- GN-009 Armed Seraphim
- As the secondary plan of GN-H(eavy)-W(eapons) development, Seraphim was instead upgraded along with Seravee. While the additional condensers were mounted onto Seravee, a pair of verniers are attached to the MS arms/GN Cannons of Seraphim, while the additional GN Cannons were mounted on Seraphim's hip. It was also given a beam machinegun, which was carried over from SEM development. Likely due to the amount of weight placed on Seraphim's small frame, Tieria did not use the additional equipments, and ejected them when he activated Seraphim.
- GN-00902 SEM
- Featured in Gundam-00V, the SEMs are MS replicas of Seraphim Gundam, used by the GN-008GNHW/3G Seravee Gundam Heavy-Weapon/3G. The overall physical components are identical to Seraphim with the exception of its GM-like head and utilizing a particle storage tank. The SEMs are communicated to using quantum signals from Seraphim, and this remote control interaction range is theoretically infinite. On the other hand, there is a limit to the area that the Trial System can expand to. Nevertheless, an area of a hundred kilometers can be covered and the whole battlefield can be covered completely. The name SEM - Hebrew "name", "fame", "renown"; in Septuagint, Sem; A.V., Shem.
[edit] GN-0000 00 Gundam
The GN-0000 00 Gundam is the successor unit to the GN-001 Gundam Exia. As one of Celestial Being's 4th Generation Mobile Suits, the "00" (pronounced Double-O) possesses many of the previous generations' standard features, including the GN-Drive and Trans-AM System, but also introduces the revolutionary "Twin Drive System", a cutting-edge GN technology originally conceived by Aeolia Schenberg himself. The system uses two GN-Drives with compatible GN-particle production as the basis for the system's operation, with their productive synergy, the amount of particles the two drives can produce is squared. The utilization of synchronized GN-Drives can create awesome power, some of which defies common sense. 00's synchronized Twin Drive System allows 00 for high speed combat and immediate GN Field generation, as well as increased particle output. The power output is so high that it can bend GN energy at a focal direction and push back or block beam shots. Despite the combination of Exia's and 0 Gundam's GN Drives generating the highest synchronization rates, the system was still unable to cross the system stabilization threshold until Setsuna took a chance and activated the Trans-AM System on the 00, which risked a system overload or even the unit's self-destruction. Trans-AM works conjunction with 00’s Twin Drive System, allowing 00 to utilize GN energy at unstable levels. Due to the experimental design of the Twin Drive System, Trans-AM can destabilize the synchronizing process of the GN Drives and/or overwhelm the MS frame and cause an overload, the worse case scenario being the self-destruction of the GN-Drives. It was because of such mechanical concerns that Trans-Am was highly recommended not to be used until the system complications are corrected. Ultimately 00 Gundam's technical complications couldn't be corrected without the addition of new equipment. The solution(s) to 00 Gundam's Trans-Am system came in the form of energy stabilizer equipment, built onto the 0-Raiser. The 00 was finally completed at Lagrange 3 when the GNR-010 0-Raiser was combined with the 00 to form the 00-Raiser. When it utilizes its Trans-AM System, it actually surpasses its theoretical limits, with the massive GN-particle output acting as a catalyst for thought-based communication. Due to the incredible power displayed by this mobile suit, the 00-Raiser was highly coveted by Ribbons Almark, and many attempts were sent to capture it for his use.
When Trans-Am is activated with the 0-Raiser equipped, GN-particles would burst concentrated particles within a limited circumference of 00 Raiser. At times, a 00 (signifying 00 and infinity) can be seen when the system is activated. Through the power of synchronized GN Drive Trans-Am power, supernatural-like abilities are given to both 00 Raiser and its pilots. The surrounding battlefield encircling 00 Raiser would give the pilot(s) and its enemy targets the ability to read the thoughts and intentions of others in a limited area. This gives the pilot(s) to temporarily detect and communicate with people around each other telepathically. Multiple exposures to such high grade particles can lead to innovation.
An additional feature of 00-Raiser in Trans-Am is quantization. Quantization was coined by Ribbons Almark, a feature which allows 00 Raiser to flank its enemy targets through instant shift in location. Its properties weren't ever clearly defined and it's often theorized as a form of short range spatial teleportation. In dire situations when an enemy target is about to fatally hit 00 Raiser, the Gundam is capable of instantly jumping away and flank its enemy's position (usually several meters from behind or side). Quantization itself leaves a particle shadow of 00 Raiser, fooling the enemy of a false victorious blow. The maneuver often leaves the opponent confused and distracted long enough for 00 Raiser to do serious damage and/or defeating its enemy targets.
The 00 Gundam also has a hidden on-board system, the Trans-AM Burst, which activates only when the pilot is a pure Innovator, and couples his Quantum Brainwaves with the GN-Drives, and releases a large amount of purified GN-Particles. Trans-AM Burst super accelerates particle generation and floods a large area of space with concentrated GN-particles in a green rainbow-like hue. The particles it generates has a similar effect to Trans-Am Raiser, and those within the particle cloud will have temporary telepathic communication at an extended period of time, relative to particle density in space. The system expands human consciousness through purified GN particles that has the ability to disrupt quantum brainwaves of Innovades, repel nearby mobile suits, and distract enemy combatants as one large bursting energy wave. As a health benefit, people afflicted with GN-particle poisoning will be relieved of their symptoms and/or healed as a result of it.
00 Gundam is capable of generating its own GN Field, created directly from the twin GN-Drives. The shoulder mounted GN-Drives can make a 180 degree face-forward-turn that can create a barrier-like wall of GN particles. When combined with the 0-Raiser, the 00 can generate a traditional full sphere particle GN-Field.
The 00's weapons consist of seven different bladed weapons - an implied extension of the Exia's Seven Sword System. The weapons consist of two GN-Sword IIs, a pair of swords capable of switching to a rifle mode with several different firing modes, two GN-Beam Sabers with adjustable blade lengths, two attachable GN-Shields that can function as Katara-like weapon, and later a GN-Sword III, an upgraded version of the GN Sword of Gundam Exia. It has 2 modes: A triple-barreled Rifle mode, in which the sword is folded back, allowing the use of firing from three barrels, and Sword mode, which has the sword fully extended, and capable of being held at angles. The edge of the sword is made the material inside the GN-Condensers, which was first used in the GN-0000/7S 00 Gundam Seven Swords' GN Katars. However, the design has since been perfected, and as a result the cutting edge is so hot and sharp that even getting within several feet of the blade will cause a Mobile Suit's armor to start melting. Also, the GN-Sword III allows the 00 Raiser to utilize the Raiser Sword function of the Trans-AM Raiser without the need of the 0-Raiser's wing binders. The addition of the 0-Raiser increased the weapon payload of the 00, giving it additional beam cannons and computer-controlled GN-Micro Missile launchers in its wing binders. When combined with the GN-Sword IIs and Trans-AM, the 00-Raiser is capable of generating massive particle beams to cover a wide area.
During the fight for Veda, the 00 Gundam was heavily damaged by the Reborns Gundam. One of its GN-Drives was stolen by Ribbons, who later installed it into the 0 Gundam that was floating in space. The other GN Drive was taken by Setsuna, who installed it into the Gundam Exia R2 just in time to continue the final battle against Ribbons Almark.
- GN-0000/7S 00 Gundam Seven Sword
- A variation of the 00 Gundam that appears in Mobile Suit Gundam 00V and resembles the Seven Swords System of Gundam Exia. It appears in the side series Mobile Suit Gundam 00V. The armaments include a GN-Short Sword II, which features a tip that is attached to a wire and can be shot out and retracted as many times as wanted, and a GN-Long Sword II which has an enhanced rifle mode, but a decreased rapid-fire capability and increased particle consumption compared to that of the GN-Sword II. GN-Katars are mounted on the add-on parts at both knees, a type of heat sword that has not been adopted by any Gundam so far. The cutting edges are made of a material developed from those that are used in GN condensers. As the GN particles change to heat, the heat is transferred to whatever is in contact at the time. The GN-Katars are still in their prototype stage, as the heat produced by them is much higher than the material the GN-Katars are made of, which can endure the heat for at most 2 minutes. The longest sword of the Seven Swords is the GN-Buster Sword II, which is attached to the GN-Drive on the left shoulder; it is known as the GN Shield mode in its kept state. In its Shield Mode, a large multi-directional GN Field can be generated.
- Before the Twin Drive System was deemed fully functional, these swords were meant to be the close-range equipment designed for the 00 and its pilot, Setsuna F Seiei. The equipment is an offshoot of the Exia's Seven Swords System and its armaments are far superior to the Exia's swords in comparison. However, when development of the 0-Raiser became the top priority for Celestial Being's engineering staff, this equipment was abandoned and put into storage at Celestial Being's Lagrange 3 base.
- GN-0000GNHW/7SG 00 Gundam Seven Sword/G
- Another variation of the 00 Gundam that appears in Mobile Suit Gundam 00V Senki, virtually identical to the 00 Gundam Seven Sword, save for a few differences. After the final battle against Ribbons' Innovades, the repaired 00's equipment was equipped while Setsuna's new personal mobile suit was being built. A GN-Drive was transplanted from another Gundam into the 00, and the other GN-Drive slot was fitted with a large GN-Condenser, and stabilization equipment similar to the 0-Raiser's was installed in the GN-Buster Sword II. As such, the 00 Seven Sword/G is functional, but Trans-AM is impossible to use. Additionally, the original GN-Short Blade II was replaced with a new artillery weapon, the GN-Sword II Blaster, which is responsible for the change in the Gundam's name. This new weapon is capable of firing large particle beams, and is fitted with a large condenser-material blade for close combat. The 00 Gundam Seven Sword/G was used by Setsuna to destroy an A-LAWS GN-XIII that may have been a member of A-LAWS who refused to disband. Though the equipment on the Gundam was proven to be usable, Ian Vashti concluded that the Twin Drive System was still needed.
[edit] Gundam 00 Theatrical Film
[edit] GNT-0000 00 Qan[T]
00 Qan[T] is the successor unit to the 00 Gundam, featured in the upcoming movie. The unit is piloted by Setsuna F. Seiei. Its name is derived from the word quanta, the plural of quantum, a measure of subatomic particles. It is believed to use the Twin Drive System, though the location of the GN-Drives is currently unknown. It comes equipped with a new GN-Sword similar to the GN-Sword III, and it has a binder shaped similar to a "wing" of the 0-Raiser. Attached to this binder are 6 GN-Blade Bits, which are similar to fangs except without ranged weaponry. The binder itself can work as a shield.
[edit] GN-010 Gundam Zabanya
Gundam Zabanya is the successor unit to the GN-006 Cherudim Gundam, featured in the movie. The unit is piloted by Lockon Stratos. It's named after Zabaniya, a reference to the 19 guardians of hell in the Qur’an. This mobile suit is equipped with a pair of GN-Pistols, and has two large containers attached to its back.
[edit] GN-011 Gundam Harute
Gundam Harute is the successor unit to the GN-007 Arios Gundam, featured in the movie. The unit is piloted by Allelujah Haptism. The Harute is named after Harut, an angel mentioned in the second Surah of the Qur'an, who were sent down to test the people at Babylon by performing deeds of magic. Its design is more closely based on the GN-Archer, and it is equipped with a pair of beam rifles that combine into a large pincer in its mobile armor form, and another pair bolted to the sides of its engines. According to the PG 00 Raiser Genealogy Chart, Gundam Harute incorporates certain armaments similar to that of GNR-010/XN XN Raiser, which are speculated to be melee weapons.
[edit] CB-002 Raphael Gundam
Raphael Gundam is the successor unit to the GN-008 Seravee Gundam, featured in the movie. The unit is piloted by Tieria Erde. Raphael (Standard Hebrew רָפָאֵל, Rāp̄āʾēl, It is God who heals, God Heals, God, Please Heal, Arabic: رافائيل, Rāfāʾīl) is the name of an archangel of Judaism and Christianity who performs all manner of healing and another one of Islam. The unit shows some similar design elements of the GNZ-series of mobile suits, like the GNZ-001 GRM Gundam and GNZ-003 Gadessa, as well as some elements from the GN-002 Gundam Dynames. Unlike its former units in its series, the Raphael takes after said past unit's secondary forms (Nadleeh and Seraphim). It is equipped with a large backpack, which sports a pair of wired claws, each holding a built-in beam cannon. It has a green camera on its forehead, which projects its own name, similar to the 00 Raiser. Unlike its sister units, it shows no hint of a secondary form, though it is suspected to have one.
[edit] Linear Train Industries
Linear Train Industries is the company controlled by Laguna Harvey and the constructor of the Gundam Thrones. They all have a red color scheme. The Thrones are similar to the four original Gundams except for the GN Drives. Their names may be a reference to the Biblical Thrones, which are parts of an Angelic Hierarchy mentioned in Christianity and Judaism.
[edit] GNW-001 Gundam Throne Eins
A Gundam from the Trinity team. The GNW-001 Throne Eins specializes in high-powered, long-range artillery similar to that of the Dynames and Virtue. The GN Tau Drive it uses emits red GN particles that differ from the original GN Drives. The GN Mega Launcher is able to fire a long-range sniper rifle or an extremely powerful beam, depending on the weapon mode. Docking is possible with either the Throne Zwei, Throne Drei or both simultaneously to further enhance its firepower, creating a highly concentrated GN beam for wide-area sweeping; when both are docked, the GN Mega Launcher is referred to as the GN High Mega Launcher. The Throne Eins was destroyed by Ali Al-Saachez after he hijacked the Throne Zwei, killing Johann Trinity. The name of this unit is derived from the German "Eins" meaning One.
- GNW-001/hs-T01 Gundam Throne Eins Turbulenz
- A high-speed transformable mobile suit variant of the Throne Eins, the Gundam Throne Eins Turbulenz combines aspects of the other three thrones into a single design. Specifically, it can transform into a jet, has multiple beamsabers, missile pods and high GN particle storage from the Drei (though its particle storage is inferior to the Drei), retains the body and high firepower of the Eins, and carries 8 GN fangs derived from the Zwei. However, it has no large zweihander or physical blade-type weapons and relies on its abundance of beam sabers for melee combat, carrying 4 in total. This Throne variation was never seen in the anime or manga and was revealed in side materials for the series. The name Turbulenz is German for turbulence.
[edit] GNW-002 Gundam Throne Zwei
A Gundam from the Trinity team, the GNW-002 Throne Zwei is powered by a GN Drive Tau. Its primary armaments are the GN-Buster Gun, GN Buster Sword and eight GN Fangs which are stored in launchers on both hips that can be used to attack enemies remotely. The GN Fangs are capable of being used as beam guns or generating short beam edges to engage enemies as daggers. After Michael Trinity was shot and killed by Ali Al-Saachez, the latter took the Throne Zwei as his own, as its biometric scanner had been deactivated by the hacking of Veda. He immediately proceeded to kill Johann Trinity by shooting down the Throne Eins. He later piloted Throne Zwei against the original Gundam Meisters and during an intense battle severely damaged Gundam Dynames. However, Lockon Stratos was able to salvage an operational cannon from the GN Arms Type-D and use it as a turret to snipe down the Throne Zwei and destroy it. The name of this unit is derived from the German "Zwei" meaning Two. This unit later became the basis for the Arche Gundam.[citation needed]
[edit] GNW-003 Gundam Throne Drei
A Gundam from the Trinity team, GNW-003 Throne Drei is powered by a GN Drive Tau and specializes in combat support. Its GN stealth field, which deploys huge pairs of wing-like GN particles over a wide range (immediately after the particles are deployed, they emerge from the Drei in a pattern vaguely resembling six wings that appear to be made of fire), is a powerful ability possessed only by this unit. Its GN shield pod can internally store various missiles, back-up beam sabers and other such equipment that meets tactical needs. Due to this capacity to carry large amount of GN Particles, the Throne Drei can dock itself with the Throne Eins to enhance its GN Mega Launcher. Throne Drei is the only Throne unit remaining at the end of season one, and is under the control of Nena Trinity in the second season. The Throne Drei is eventually destroyed along with Nena Trinity by Louise Halevy piloting the Regnant mobile armour.[4] The name of this unit is derived from the German "Drei" meaning Three.
[edit] Human Reform League
[edit] MSJ-04 Fanton
An older model mobile suit later converted and sold off to third parties as the Anf.
[edit] MSJ-06II-A Tieren Ground Type
At nearly twice the mass of the Gundam Virtue, the mainstay mobile suit of the Human Reform League is comparable in design to a bipedal tank, markedly less advanced and less maneuverable than the mass-production types of the other major powers. Unlike all other mobile suits in Gundam 00, and indeed in the Gundam metaseries as a whole, the Tieren series (with two exceptions) have no cockpit display screens. Instead, the pilot wears a virtual reality helmet which connects to the mobile suit's sensors. Despite this the Tieren is still reliable, which is why it hasn't been replaced.
- MSJ-06II-AC Tieren Antiaircraft Cannon Type
- The Tieren Antiaircraft Cannon Type is designed to combat the various transformable mobile suits used by other nations.
- MSJ-06II-C Tieren High Mobility Type
- Possessing minimal aerial maneuverability due to its massive inertia, the High Mobility Type Tieren is so named due to the practical utility of its hover function in high-speed surface combat. Features a forearm mounted 200 mm x 25 smoothbore gun, 30 mm shoulder mounted machine gun and a carbon blade as standard armaments.
- MSJ-06II-C/BT Tieren High Mobility Commander Type B
- An improved version of the original Tieren High Mobility Type, it omits the wings and airfoil panels and adds the shoulder mounted shields from the Tieren Ground Type as well as a wider leg mounted shield, in addition the leg mounted engines are upgraded to give it enhanced speed and mobility equal to that of contemporary Union or AEU mobile suits, known armaments include the standard 200 mm X 25 smoothbore gun, or alternatively a 200 mm X 50 smoothbore gun with a close combat blade attached, similar to the weapon used by the Tieren Space Type. It was first introduced in episode 15 of season 1, it went on the eventually replace the Tieren Ground Type as the HRL's main ground use mobile suit. It is also used by the Federation Army alongside the Flag, Enact, and GN-XIII.
- MSJ-06II-E Tieren Space Type
- Though the Space Type variant deviates little from the overall structure of the standard Tieren, the addition of nine rotatable thrusters permits adequate multidirectional maneuverability in weightlessness.
- MSJ-06II-ED Tieren Zhizhu
- A Tieren variant used by the Earth Sphere Federation.[citation needed]
- MSJ-06II-LC Tieren Long-Range Cannon Type
- A Tieren variant customized for artillery use, capable of highly accurate targeting from well beyond standard range.
- MSJ-06II-SP Tieren Taozi
- Custom-crafted from the ground up to best express the physical and cognitive enhancements of the super-soldier Soma Peries, the Taozi is a highly-maneuverable general-purpose mobile suit superior to standard-model Tieren variants in any terrain. The Taozi is the only Tieren model that does not use use the HRL's VR helmet system, instead incorporating a holographic "surround monitor" into cockpit walls. Piloted by Soma Pieres in season one, It sports a pink paint job with yellow and purple highlights. An almost Identical version with a navy blue paint job with yellow and purple highlights called the all-region type is later piloted in season two by Sergei Smirnov, with a new beam rifle design replacing the smoothbore gun. The beam rifle also has a beam-saber built-in to the gun, similar in function to a bayonet.
[edit] MSJ-06YIII-B Tieren Kyitwo
A Tieren variant equipped with a large three-stage coilgun attached to the suit, a small radome mounted on the back, large shoulder attachments presumably designed for enhanced mobility, and an overall frame similar to the Tieren Taozi. The Kyitwo was meant to be a testbed for the MSJ-07 mobile suit, but that model never proceeded past the planning stage. As a test unit, the Kyitwo has two cockpits, the main cockpit incorporating the same holographic "surround monitor" used by the Tieren Taozi and the secondary cockpit using the standard VR helmet display. This Mobile Suit was piloted by Delphine Bedelia & Leonard Fiennes.
[edit] Union
[edit] VMS-15 Union Realdo
A previous-generation variable mobile suit manufactured by the Union, still a mainstay of the Union Military as of 2307 despite gradual retirement in favor of its successor, the Flag.[5] "VMS" stands for "Variable Mobile Suit.
In the second season, Katharon was able to enhance the Realdo for space combat.
- MA-115HT Union Realdo Hover Tank
- Appearing in the sidestory Mobile Suit Gundam 00F, the Realdo Hover Tank is the only Mobile Armor from the Union of Solar Energy and Free Nations. This unit appears briefly in episode 15 of the first season as a tank-like unit with the top half of the Union Realdo.
[edit] SVMS-01 Union Flag
Making its first appearance in the second episode of Mobile Suit Gundam 00, the Flag is a transformable mobile suit used by the Union. In the hands of skilled pilots, such as Graham Aker, the Flag can transform between flight and mobile suit modes in mid-air. When the Anti-Gundam Investigative Unit is formed, Graham's Flag is upgraded by Ralph Aifman to the SVMS-01E Union Flag Custom so that it can combat the Gundams by increasing its speed, improving its armor, and adding an anti-beam coating. As the Anti-Gundam Investigative Unit is renamed to Overflags and expanded into an entire squadron, more Flags were similarly upgraded and is renamed SVMS-01O OverFlag.
- SVMS-01X Union Flag Custom II (GN-Flag)
- First appearing in the last episode of season 1, the GN-Flag is created by taking the SVMS-01E Flag Graham Aker Custom and further modifying it. As stated on the official website of Gundam 00, this unit is customized by Billy on behalf of Graham's request. Ignoring the original design, the solar furnace was force-equipped onto the unit due to time constraints, resulting in a poorly constructed unit. All of the original means of propulsion (the MPD thruster backpacks), have been removed; a GN Drive Tau provides propulsion. However, the GN Drive Tau serves only as a mean of propulsion, and weapons have to be equipped via a cable, as the mobile suit was not designed to be used with a GN drive. The GN Flag has only one beam saber, its only offensive weapon, and is equipped via the aforementioned cable that provides the GN particle feed for the beam sabre. One major flaw in this design is that the mobile suit lacks the G-force dampening that the other GN drive-powered suits are equipped with. The GN-Flag is destroyed in a battle with the Gundam Exia in the final episode of the first season.
[edit] AEU
[edit] AEU-05 AEU Hellion
Manufactured in large numbers and exported outside the AEU member nations. The second most common mobile suit in the world, the Hellion has been used by terrorists. The current model is 05 Perpetuum; previous models include 09 Initium and 00 Medium.
The Hellion also holds the distinction of being the first transformable mobile suit, as well as the first suit to utilize linear weapon technology.
[edit] AEU-09 AEU Enact
The latest mobile suit developed by the AEU, the Enact's basic design is heavily based on the Union's Flag and shares many features, such as the flight form transformation and armaments. The AEU has staked its organization's prestige on the development of this new solar energy-adapted mobile suit. Variants include a Commander type and a Space type.
- AEU-09RG AEU Enact Suille Palace Guard Type
- First appeared in episode 10 of season 2, the Suille Kingdom have purchased a customize version of the Enact unit from the AEU which appears in white with gold parts and an upgraded plasma gun.
- AEU-09/LS Klaus' AEU Enact Landstriker Package
- A variant of the AEU Enact used by Klaus Grado. Appears in the sidestory Mobile Suit Gundam 00V.
[edit] AEU-MA07013 Agrissa
A mobile armor given to Ali Al-Saachez. It first appeared in episode 15 and is use to dock with his custom Enact. It is destroyed by Gundam Throne Drei. Supposedly used in the 4th Solar Conflict.[citation needed]
- AEU-MA0707 Agrissa Type 7
- The AEU-MA07007 Agrissa Type 7 is a mobile armour used in the 5th Solar Wars, that can dock with a AEU-05/00 AEU Hellion Medium. It is equipped with a plasma field and a linear cannon.
[edit] PMC Trust
[edit] AEU-05G AEU Hellion Ground Type
Manufactured in large numbers and exported outside of the AEU member nations. PMC Trust also acquired many of these units for their private army's mobile suit forces.
[edit] AEU-09Y812 AEU Enact (Ali Al-Saachez custom)
A tuned-up, improved prototype of the Enact for the PMC's Ali Al-Saachez. The color scheme for this unit was originally blue, but after Ali was given the Agrissa the color scheme was changed from blue to red due. This unit was later abandoned by Ali after he stole the Gundam Throne Zwei.
[edit] United Nations/Earth Sphere Federation/A-Laws
[edit] GNX-509T Throne Varanus
The Throne Varanus prototype design for the GN-X and the successor of the Gundam Thrones created by Alejandro Corner. Deborah Galiena made adjustments to the prototype so that pilots from every nation would be able to control the GN-X more easily. Its name, "Varanus" is derived from the Sanskrit word Varuna which is the Hindu god of Ocean, Sky and Space. It was test piloted by Deborah Galiena, who withdrew later after learning from Ribbons Almark that Alejandro would use this to take over the world.
[edit] GNX-603T GN-X
The GN-X was a semi-mass produced mobile suit, created by Alejandro Corner distributed by Laguna Harvey influenced by the Innovators. Thirty of these suits were produced and handed over in equal proportions (10 drives each) to the three superpowers.
Upon the delivery of the imitation solar furnaces and the creation of the GN-X mobile suits and despite the massive material and personal losses caused by the Throne Gundam's armed interventions in military bases all over the world, the AEU, Human Reform League and the Union merged together to create a combined UN Army.
In terms of combat performance, the GN-X with ace pilots easily overwhelm and outnumber the Gundam Thrones, despite the Gundam Thrones still having superior units, as the technological gap between Celestial Being and the major world powers has been bridged. Of the original squad of thirty, most are destroyed or heavily damaged after the UN and Celestial Being wiped each other out in a climatic battle at Lagrange 1. The only unit presumed to have remained unscathed was the GN-X whose GN Drive was taken to complete the GN Flag. However, in the four year interim that links both seasons together, the Earth Sphere Federation has been able to mass-produce a new version, the GN-XIII.
- GNX-604T Advanced GN-X
- An enhanced version of the GNX-603T GN-X. Equipped with two GN vulcan guns (on the head), a standard GN beam saber, an advanced GN beam rifle with GN beam Bayonet attached, GN defense rods mounted on both shoulders, additional GN verniers (on Knees) and a GN proto lance (similar to those used by the GN-XIII.).The Advanced GN-X also has a command fin attached to its head, which gives the unit the ability to override and control subordinates machines if needed.
- GNX-607T GN-XII
- Refined version of GNX-603T GN-X. Variants include "Cannon" (GNX-607T/BW), equipped with a large GN beam cannon mounted on the arm, presumably based upon the Gundam Throne Ein's GN mega launcher, and "Sword" (GNX-607T/AC), equipped with a refined GN Buster Sword, similar to the one used by the Gundam Throne Zwei.
- GNX-609T GN-XIII
- Successor to the GN-X. The GN-XIII is the Federation's mass-produced mobile suit used by both the peacekeeping army and the elite A-Laws force. Overall design is similar to the GN-X, minus the four thruster canards. The units are equipped with a GN Beam Lance, which doubles as both a melee weapon and a beam rifle it also carries a beam saber, a small shield which can also generate a GN Beam Shield, and also a grenade that releases a green colored smoke which causes beam attacks to dissipate, and weaken. The A-Laws use red GN-XIIIs, while the Federation uses grey-blue GN-XIIIs.
- GNX-612T/AA Superbia GN-X
- A specialized GN-X developed for assault landings from the sea. Because few currently used mobile suits were capable of operating underwater, it could effectively carry out missions such as surprise attacks. The assault landing unit necessary for underwater operation was purged upon landing. Although this machine was categorized as a GN-X III during development, it incorporated many innovative technologies (some of them belonging to the Innovators, and the same technologies were incorporated in machines like the GNMA-0001V Regnant), and it was close to the GN-XIV that was under development as a next-generation machine. While it is considered a Federation Forces machine, the Federation Forces had already been placed under A-LAWS control when it was developed, and effectively it was used only by special forces led by the A-LAWS.
- GNX-803T GN-XIV
- Successor to the GN-XIII, revealed in the Gundam 00 movie. Little is known about this mobile suit, except that it has larger shoulders, a small V-fin on its head, and is equipped with a large beam rifle and a shield much larger than those used by the GN-XIII. It is similar to the Superbia GN-X, which was in development alongside the GN-XIV.
[edit] GNX-704T Ahead
A new mobile suit derived in part from the GN-X series, which is used by the Earth Sphere Federation's elite A-Laws unit. Slightly larger than the GN-XIII, the Ahead boasts a pair of GN Thrusters mounted on both sides of its GN-Drive, giving the Ahead greater maneuverability and speed than standard Federation mobile suits. It is equipped with a GN Shield and GN Beam Rifle. It also carries a pair of GN Sabers mounted in the shoulders. 12 Automaton units can be carried in a single Ahead unit, which are used in elimination of non-mechanical units on ground. Compared to the GN-X, Ahead's basic design is closer to the Gundams. For example, the cockpit is located in the upper torso like the new generation Gundams, rather than the waist like the GN-X line. Designed to perform greatly in every situation, it is a true multi purpose unit. At least two customized Aheads exist, piloted by Mr. Bushido and Soma Peries (Later transferred to Louise Halevy after Soma was declared KIA) respectively. In episode 21, Andrei Smirnov's Ahead has been equipped with a GN Thruster.
- GNX-704T/AC Ahead Sakigake
- A custom Ahead piloted by Mr. Bushido. It styled to resemble a samurai, complete with a beam katana and a beam wakizashi. The two beam swords are stored externally, just below the shoulders, which differs from the usual Ahead which stores its beam saber in its shoulders. The GN Thrusters are place vertically to reduce interference with the swinging of the Ahead's arms. In addition, the unit's weapons and controls have been modified for use with left-handed pilots. This unit is later abandoned by Mr.Bushido to claim a new unit, the Masurao, from his friend Billy Katagiri.
- It was originally called "Ahead Close Combat Type"[6], and its nickname 'Sakigake' (先駆け) means 'Ahead'.
- GNX-704T/SP Ahead Smultron
- A custom Ahead piloted by Soma Peries, and after Soma was declared KIA, it was transferred to A-Laws warrant officer Louise Halevy. Optimised for use by pilots who are capable of using Quantum Brainwaves. It has a powerful GN Thruster at the back which gives it higher speed and mobility than the other Aheads. However it is relatively lightly armed with the standard rifle replaced with a smaller GN Beam pistol comparable to the ones used by Cherudim and Dynames and a pair of beam sabers.
- This unit was named after the Swedish Woodland Strawberry. This is the second mobile suit of Soma Peries to be named after a fruit[7]
- GNX-704T/FS Ahead Forcing Scout Type
- Another variant type of the Ahead used by the Federation which appears in the 00V. It is piloted by Amy Zimbalist.
[edit] GNMA-04B11 Trilobite
A large mobile armor equipped with three GN Tau drives, used for underwater combat. It is named after the Trilobite, a now extinct Arthropod. It first appeared in episode 4 of season 2 and it requires two pilots. The Trilobite is first sortied against Celestial being and succeeds in stopping the Ptolemaios but it is quickly destroyed by Setsuna's 00 Gundam in only a matter of seconds with the 00's GN-Swords II. The unit is armed with multiple torpedoes including two large ones that are capable of piercing GN-fields, in close range combat it can deploy four large claws, normally stored against the body.
[edit] GNMA-XCVII Alvatore
First appearing in episode 24, the Alvatore was a large golden Mobile Armor piloted by Alejandro Corner, who first used this unit on a joint UN operation to eradicate Celestial Being, at one point severely damaging the Ptolemaios. It is equipped with 7 GN Drive Taus (not including the one in Alvaaron) and is heavily armed with multiple GN beam guns, GN fangs, a pair of large pincer claws, a nigh impenetrable GN field, and a powerful GN particle cannon. It has a golden mobile suit GNMS-XCVII Alvaaron stored inside its main body.
- GNMS-XCVII Alvaaron
- A golden mobile suit stored within the GNMA-XCVII Alvatore. It is equipped with two beam rifles and beam sabers, though it only uses one in its only on-screen appearance, and it tosses aside one of its rifles immediately before beginning combat. The Alvaaron is also capable of using a GN Field and fire a powerful GN blast similar to Virtue.
[edit] GNX-U02X Masurao
This unit first appears in episode 14 of season 2. It is a prototype unit built by Billy Katagiri for his friend, Mr. Bushido, and is based on the design of the Overflag combined with the Federation's GN-Technology. The unit's primary armament is a pair of beam katanas, similar to the Ahead Sakigake. In addition, Billy installed a Trans-Am-like system into the Masurao based on notes on the GN Drive found in Professor Ralph Eifman's room which is similar to the Trans-Am system installed on the Gundams. The unit also possesses 2 GN-Drives that are not synchronised with each other. The Masurao's Trans-Am system causes the unit's color scheme to turn red and the unit's weapon capabilities, speed and power increase drastically, allowing the unit to fight on par with 00 Raiser. Unlike Trans-Am with true GN-Drives, Trans-Am using Tau Drives causes the Drives to be destroyed, whereby the suit will rely on remaining Condenser supply after Trans-Am for escape purposes. Finally, because the Masurao lacks the advanced inertial dampeners of the Gundams, the extreme g-forces produced by the Trans-Am System poses a serious health risk to Mr. Bushido.
- GNX-Y901TW Susanowo
- First appearing in episode 21, the Susanowo[8] is an upgraded version of the Masurao. The red components in the color scheme have been changed to white ones, which makes the Masurao look more like an Overflag than before. Instead of twin beam katanas, the Susanowo now wields a pair of reinforced gn sabers (one is called 'Shiranui' on its left hand and other is called 'Unryu' on its right hand), and they can be combined into a double-sword called 'Souten'. The Susanowo also has a GN Beam Cannon mounted in its torso that fires bursts much like Seravee's Hyper Burst bazooka for long range combat. Its Trans-Am system has also been updated and its time limit has been extended. The Susanowo was heavily damaged by the 00 Raiser, revealing the face of an Overflag behind the shattered samurai crest, meaning the unit was essentially a highly revamped GN-Flag. Its operational system was subsequently shut down due to lack of GN particles.
[edit] GNX-Y802T Neo-Hed
A next generation machine developed using data that was gathered using machines such as the GNX-704T/AC Sakigake and GNX-704T/SP Smultron as testbeds. The developers' plan was to divide the Federation's mass production machines into two series, with a new model of GN-X as a lightweight mobile suit and this machine as a heavy mobile suit. However, when the scandalous actions of the A-LAWS were revealed to the world, for the sake of public opinion they had no choice but to cancel the development of a machine based on the Ahead which had effectively been exclusive to the A-LAWS.
The most distinctive feature of this machine was the elimination of its head. Thanks to this unusual style, this machine, which was originally to be called "neo head," became known as "no head" and the name stuck. Although it had no problems with performance, this tragic machine ended with little more than ten prototypes due to political decisions. Combat data had made it clear that the sensors concentrated in the head were often hit and destroyed in battle. Thus, in this machine the head was eliminated, and the sensors were distributed throughout the body.
[edit] MSJ-06III-A Tieren All-Region Type
The latest version of the Tieren used by the Earth Sphere Federation, based on Soma Peries' Tieren Taozi. As its name suggests, it is fully capable of flight within the atmosphere. Its known armaments consist of an advanced GN beam rifle, powered by a GN Condensor. The only shown unit was piloted by Sergei Smirnov, it was later destroyed by Andrei Smirnov in episode 17 of the second season.
[edit] Innovator
[edit] GNW-20000 Arche Gundam
This unit bears a striking similarity to the Gundam Throne Zwei, as it was used as the basis for the Arche Gundam's abilities. It is equipped with one crimson GN-Buster Sword, which can be slid up and down the arm for easy access. The Arche lacks a GN-Handgun like the Zwei, but its GN-Buster Sword possesses a rifle mode that was never shown in the anime. Other equipment includes a shield mounted on the left arm, a number of upgraded GN-Fangs, which are faster and have a more powerful beam guns compared to those of the Throne Zwei's. The Fangs themselves are stored inside a container attached to the hips. It also possesses beam sabers stored in the tips of its feet. The arms of the unit are extremely long and thin compared to that of other units. Arche Gundam's name came from the Greek Arche, referring to the Principalities in Christian angelic hierarchy. The Arche is destroyed twice during the series, once by Setsuna in the 00 Gundam, and finally by Lyle Dylandy in the Cherudim.
- GNW-20000/J Jagd Arche Gundam
- The Jagd is a solo heavy assault configuration, based on the already proven equipment of the Throne Gundams. The basic idea is to isolate the enemy using the Stealth Field, bombard from range with the GN Launcher, and then tear them apart at close range in the resulting confusion. Because of the decrease in mobility due to the added weight, it is only used to fight large groups and wasn't deployed against a small force like that fielded by Celestial Being.
[edit] GNZ-001 GRM Gundam
This is an experimental design use as the basis of the Innovators' first line mobile suits after Celestial Being's Gundams; its name is an acronym meaning Generation of Reborn Mobile Suits. The GRM (pronounced "Garm") in design is a cross between GNY-004 Gundam Plutone and GN-005/004 Gundam Virtue/Nadleeh, however it shares more in common with the Gadessa and Gaddess. Its armament includes a GN Mega Launcher, a GN shield, two GN Beam Sabers and two GN vulcans.
[edit] GNZ-003 Gadessa
This green mobile suit was first mentioned by Innovator Revive Revival to have been rolled out. It is armed with a large, triple-barreled cannon mounted on its back known as the GN Mega Launcher from Gundam Throne Eins, two beam sabers and a pair of GN Vulcan attached to its wrists. Revive joined the A-Laws as a captain, bringing the unit with him. The GN Mega Launcher has the ability to pierce GN Fields unless the GN Field is extremely powerful, and the beam is also movable when firing but it needs a certain amount of time to recharge. The Gadessa can also be equipped with a powerful optional GN Thruster connected to the legs. The Gadessa's torso mounted cockpit is connected to the back unit with the GN-Drive, and can detach as an escape pod.
Later in the series, Hilling Care is seen piloting a second Gadessa unit sporting a slightly paler paint scheme. Her unit's GN Mega Launcher seems to be larger and has a shorter charge time than Revive's original unit.
[edit] GNZ-005 Garazzo
This melee-type mobile suit is designed to have superior mobility and speed, possessing capacities that exceed those of the A-Law's units. The Garazzo has a similar appearance to the Gadessa, retaining much of the frame while adding spikes to the shoulders and knuckles, as well as adding a shield built into its left shoulder. It has a powerful optional GN Thruster that can connect to its legs that increases its speed tremendously. Its armament includes a pair of GN Beam Claws stored inside the fingers of its hands which can be combined and has enough power to slice through Gundam 00s GN Sword. It has a pair of GN Beam Guns attached to its wrists similar to Arios. It is also capable of producing a GN-Field and is able to concentrate it on its GN Shield to deflect even Seravee's powerful shots. The Garazzo's cockpit while mounted in the torso, is connected to the back unit with the GN-Drive, and can detach as an escape pod.
[edit] GNZ-007 Gaddess
The Gaddess has a similar appearance to that of the Gadessa, sporting a bright blue color scheme. Rather than the long range armament of the Gadessa, its equipment is reminiscent of the type used by the Throne Zwei, with a GN Sword and 7 GN Fangs, of a larger type than other Fang equipped units. The Gaddess cockpit while mounted in the torso, is connected to the back unit with the GN-Drive, and can detach as an escape pod.
[edit] GNMA-Y0001 Empruss
A silverish Grey prototype mobile armor first seen in episode 14 of season 2. It is equipped with a GN Particle Cannon, a GN Field, 2 GN Cannons, 2 GN Beam Guns and two GN Grappling Claws. Both these claws can shoot oval shaped shells which are attached to a claw by a long wire, the oval shaped shell is capable of penetrating GN fields and once in proximity with enemy Mobile Suits it releases four more conductive wires, all charged with high voltage electricity. Its design is reminiscent of the Alvatore Mobile Armor.
[edit] GNMA-0001V Regnant
A dark purple mobile armor with red accents. The Regnant is modeled after the prototype mobile armor Empruss. In addition to electrified wire grapplers, the Regnant possesses an enhanced GN Field capable of withstanding a Hyper Burst Mode blast from Seravee, and is also highly maneuverable. It also possesses a GN Particle Beam weapon similar to the Empruss, but unlike its predecessor, the beam's path can change directions when being fired. The Regnant can also transform into a mobile suit form, possessing oversized arms with fingers that function as 10 GN Fangs. It was revealed, though not in the anime, that Regnant has a gundam face.
[edit] GNZ-004 Gaga
A light and dark mobile suit colored purple with black, the Gaga first appeared in episode 23 of season 2 and are meant to be used as suicide weapons. Because of this, the Gaga possesses very little weapons and are produced in massive numbers for an army of Bring Stabity and Devine Nova clones to pilot. The machine itself was built and designed by Billy Katagiri to have high speed mobility and easy control for the pilot. The Gaga is also equipped with a Trans-Am system, but possesses the same time limit as the Susanowo. The only notable weapon is a GN vulcan mounted in the torso.
[edit] CBY-001 1 Gundam
A MS appeared in Gundam 00P, 1 Gundam (1 pronounced "Ai";Love, literally; Love or Beloved Gundam) is the half-prototype design to CB-0000G/C Reborns Gundam/Cannon, piloted by Beside Pain in Gundam 00F. Similar to its "brother" unit the CBY-077 GN Cannon, prototype to the Reborns Cannon the 1 Gundam is a stripped down prototype of the Reborns Gundam. Based on the GN-001 Gundam Exia, the 1 Gundam has a more balanced armament than the GN Cannon. It's only equipped with one GN Drive and GN Beam Rifle, which is a prototype to the Reborns Gundam/Cannon's GN Buster Rifle.
[edit] CBY-077 GN Cannon
A MS appeared in Gundam 00P, the GN Cannon is the planned prototype mobile suit by Ribbons Almark. It resembles the Reborns Cannon only it has a purple color and it's equipped with 4 GN cannons instead of the GN Fin Fangs. The unit doesn't have an alternate form and its concept was adapted into the CB-0000G/C Reborns Gundam.
The GN Cannon was intended to be a support unit for Ribbons Almark while he piloted the Reborns Gundam. However, Ribbons did not want to rely on a support unit in battle, so the Innovator chose to keep the GN Cannon design, but combine it with the Reborns Gundam. It was created in absolute secrecy. The GN Cannon faces off with Gundam Meister 874's Gundam Artemie. It used particle beams to attackee Artemie. But Gundam Meister 874 uses Trial Field to freeze it, but it was canceled. Through quantum communication, an image of a young man with the same base pattern of Ribbons, a man with green hair, came into view. His hairdo and appearance is the same as Leif’s. Enraged, Meister 874 shot 4 bits while thrusting towards the enemy. In front of her, one MS came into view after releasing its optical camouflage. 1 Gundam’s rifle shoots through Gundam Artemie.
[edit] CB-0000G/C Reborns Gundam
The Reborns Gundam (リボーンズガンダム Ribonzu Gandamu) is a Gundam-type mobile suit introduced in the series finale. Equipped with a pseudo-Twin Drive System located on its elbows, along with a Trans-Am system, the Reborns Gundam can assume the mode of Reborns Cannon (リボーンズキャノン Ribonzu Kyanon) which is armed with four powerful beam cannons on its torso, and the three-fingered hands can double as a electrocuting grappler similar to those in the Empruss and Regnant. The mobile suit's main weapons are its GN Buster Rifle, a powerful beam rifle that is used by both modes, and a shield which houses four small funnel shaped GN Fangs. Additionally, this unit is equipped with four identical Fangs on the back skirt and the four beam cannons on the front of the Reborns Cannon double as GN Fin Fangs. During Ribbons's battle with Setsuna and the 00-Raiser, most of the Reborns Gundam's weapons are destroyed and it is severely damaged. Though Ribbons is able to cut off one of the 00's arms, claiming one of its GN Drives, the machine is so damaged that he is forced to abandon it for the 0 Gundam.
[edit] Other
[edit] MSER-04 Anf
A mass-produced and easily accessible mobile suit from the Human Reform League, the slow-moving Anf (Arabic for nose) sees use in military groups around the world. Before the HRL retired it from their own military, the Anf was known as the MSJ-04 Fanton. From its design, the Anf appears to be widely used, albeit outdated.
[edit] Workloader
A small tripedal mobile suit with a wheel at the base of each foot, generally used for purposes relating to construction. A number of groups have modified the unit for use as a combat vehicle. Its appearance is similar to the real-life rescue robot T-52 Enryu.[9]
[edit] MAJ-03 Shuichai
A mobile armor designed for underwater combat that briefly appeared in Episode 8, it is equipped with grappling claws and torpedoes. Shuichai was destroyed by Gundam Exia.
