- Lsh - A GNU SSH-2 and SFTP server for Unix-like
- My Secure Shell ( Not for Windows )
- ProFTPd with mod_sftp
- SSHWindows - For Cygwin in Windows, installer based on openSSH.

- Core FTP Mini SFTP Server - Lightweight server that supports SFTP (SSH2) mode only. Runs on Windows.
- FreeSSHd and FreeFTPd - Free SSH and SFTP servers for Windows.
- SilverSHielD SSH/SFTP Server - Free SSH (SSH2) and SFTP server for Windows.

- CompleteFTP server for Windows, supporting FTP, FTPS, SFTP, and SCP.
- Vshell - Unix and Windows Sever (also supports FTPS in Windows)
- TitanFTP - Windows Server, Supports FTP, FTPS and SFTP (FTPS only in Professional and Enterprise Edition, SFTP only in Enterprise Edition)
- JSCAPE - Cross-platform server supporting FTP, FTPS, SFTP, SCP, HTTP, HTTPS, WebDAV, event triggers.
- WinSSHD - This is really a SSHD server for Windows but it provides what could be considered to be superior SFTP tunnel if you use the matching Tunnelier client.

- PowerShell SSH Server - Windows SSH, SFTP, SCP Server with full access to Windowss PowerShell. FIPS compliant. Full SSH 2.0 cryptography with Public Key, Password, and GSSAPI Authentication (NTLM).
