The Opposition (Serbian: Опозиција; Opozicija) in Serbia is the body of political parties represented in the parliament which are not a part of the government supported by the parliamentary majority.
The Leader of the Opposition (Serbian: Вођа oпозицијe; Vođa opozicije) is the unofficial title held by the leader of the largest party of the opposition.

8th National Assembly [edit]
In the 8th National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia (2008-2012), the parties in the National Assembly that included the opposition were:
- Serbian Radical Party
- Serbian Progressive Party (split from Serbian Radical Party)
- Democratic Party of Serbia
- New Serbia
- Liberal Democratic Party
- Social Democratic Union
The leader of the opposition was Vojislav Šešelj, leader of the Serbian Radical Party. Due to his incarceration at the ICTY from 2003, acting leaders of the opposition in his place were Tomislav Nikolić (until 2008), then Dragan Todorović.
9th National Assembly [edit]
In the 9th National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia (2012-), the parties in the National Assembly that include the opposition are:
