The following games were first published by Square Enix, unless noted otherwise. Their regional versions may or may not have been published by Square Enix. Seven (marked with a ) were published in Japan by Square but in North America and/or Europe by Square Enix.

Square Enix has produced two arcade games: Dragon Quest: Monster Battle Road in June 2007 and Lord of Vermilion in June 2008. Both games are available in Japan only. A third, Dragon Quest: Monster Battle Road II, was announced at the 2009 Jump Fiesta.[160]
