There are 230 neighbourhoods in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada according to the 2006 Census[1] and many others that are distinguished within those.
Major districts include St. Norbert, St. Vital, Transcona, St. James-Assiniboia, Tuxedo, Fort Garry, Fort Rouge, River Heights, Charleswood, North Kildonan, West Kildonan, East Kildonan, the North End, the West End, the Northwest, and City Centre.[2]
