The Yang di-Pertua Negeri of Penang (Malay: Yang di-Pertua Negeri Pulau Pinang, also known as the Supreme Head of the State) is the ceremonial head of state of the Malaysian state of Penang. He is appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong on the advice of the Chief Minister of Penang. The Yang di-Pertua Negeri is styled Tuan Yang Terutama (T.Y.T.), or His Excellency.
