This is a list of fan conventions with free admission.[nb 1] This list of conventions is not specific to one particular genre (ie, anime, science fiction, furry fandom, etc.), but covers all pop culture conventions that are currently free admission. There is usually not a hard number of attendance for this type of convention due to the lack of registration systems and payment counts.
The list is divided up by location, and each convention includes in parentheses the dates during which it is typically held. Dates listed are approximate or traditional time periods for each convention.
