The discography of American singer-songwriter Mariah Carey consists of ten studio albums, four compilation albums, one live album and fifty-seven singles.

According to her official record company, Mariah Carey has sold more than 175 million albums, singles and videos worldwide.[1][2][3] According to Nielsen SoundScan, Carey has sold 51,569,000 albums in the United States through the end of 2008, making her the third best selling artist of the SoundScan era.[4] The RIAA named her the third best-selling female recording artist in the U.S., with shipment of 62.5 million albums.[5] Mariah Carey also has 18 U.S. number 1 singles on the Billboard Hot 100 and is now second to the Beatles for most No. 1's on this Billboard chart.[6] Overall, Carey has 27 songs that have reached the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100, tying her with Elton John and Janet Jackson as the artists with the fifth most top ten hits in the history of the Hot 100.[7]
