This list of tallest buildings in South Asia ranks skyscrapers and structures in South Asia based on official height.

The tallest building is Imperial Towers which are located in the Indian city of Mumbai and the tallest structure is Rameswaram TV Tower which is located in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu.
