Other banned organizations [edit]
The following organizations have been banned under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act at some point:
- Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council: Proscribed on 16 November 2000, but the ban was lifted later.[4]
- Garo National Liberation Army (GNLA): Banned on 12 January 2012[5]
