Little Johnny from the Hospitul is Company Flow's second album, which was released in 1999, soon after the group disbanded.
The song "Bee Aware" became the song "Arize" by Mr. Lif.
"Suzy Pulled a Pistol on Henry" is the reiteration of De La Soul's 1991 track "Millie Pulled a Pistol on Santa"/"Keepin' the Faith" from De La Soul is Dead.
