Longhua New District is a development area in a district of Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, People's Republic of China. The district was created by on 30 December 2011.[1]

History[edit]

The new district was established on 30 December 2011 by the Shenzhen municipal government.

Geography[edit]

The new district covers an area of 137.9 square kilometres. Longhua New District is situated in the north-western part of Shenzhen city. Its next to Dongguan City in the north.
