Most of the cartoons released this year can be given Blue Ribbon reissues. Just like the 1946-1947 production season (which feature a beautiful blue-red rings combo), Blue Ribbons seem to plague this year as well. Except for Hare We Go, the original screen credits and title screens are kept.
