Louisiana Gold Hot Sauce is a hot pepper sauce mass-produced by Bruce Foods Corporation, having been created at the request of Louisiana chefs.[1] Unlike Bruce's other, milder label, Louisiana Hot Sauce, "Gold" was formulated for those with a higher heat preference.[2] It is considered to be the company's premier label,[3] and comes in two varieties: Louisiana Gold Pepper Sauce and Louisiana Gold Green Sauce.
