Louisiana Highway 1091 (LA 1091) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves St. Tammany Parish. It spans 5.13 miles (8.26 km) in a south to north direction. It is known locally as Robert Boulevard and then Robert Road.

LA 1091 begins at a junction with US 190 (Gause Boulevard) in Slidell. As a five-lane highway, Robert Boulevard heads generally northward. Before passing over (but not connecting to) I-12, it narrows to two lanes and becomes Robert Road. After passing Brownswitch Road, LA 1091 continues in a northerly direction between I-59 and US 11, eventually ending at a junction with US 11 just south of Pearl River.

LA 1091 is an undivided, five-lane roadway (with a middle turning lane) from US 190 (Gause Boulevard) to just south of the Interstate 12 overpass. The route is an undivided, two-lane road from just south of the Interstate 12 overpass to US 11.
