Louisiana Highway 454 is a road that intersects Louisiana Highway 107, known as the Old Marksville Highway, in the small community of Cedar Grove in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and heads southward towards the Red River. The highway heads southward for 4 12 miles (7.2 km) until passing through the community of Ruby. Approximately 1 12 miles (2.4 km) south of Ruby, the highway intersects Harris Ferry Road which heads southwestward towards the Red River.
