By annual billing, it is the largest advertising agency in Alabama. Luckie Strategic Public Relations is the 5th-ranked ad agency-owned PR operation in the United States.

Luckie & Company was founded in Birmingham in 1953 by Bob "Ace" Luckie Jr., as Robert Luckie & Company. The agency is credited with introducing big-league talent to Alabama in the areas of print advertising, television commercials, marketing strategy, and creative design. [1]
Luckie & Company has more than doubled in size over the past decade. In 2007 the agency rebranded itself under the message "Rethink Everything" to illustrate its capacity to remain a leader in the modern media age. [2]
