Luis Domingo Jiménez Rodriguez (born January 18, 1988) is a Dominican professional baseball third baseman for the Boston Red Sox of Major League Baseball (MLB).

Career[edit]

Jiménez participated in the 2010 All-Star Futures Game[1] and was added to the Angels' 40-man roster after the 2011 season.

He made his debut with the Angels on April 12, 2013.[2]

Jiménez was claimed off waivers by the Milwaukee Brewers on October 27, 2014.[3] He was designated for assignment on May 2, 2015.[4]

Jiménez was claimed off waivers by the Boston Red Sox on May 3, 2015.[5]He was designated for assignment on May 11 and accepted an outright assignment to Triple-A Pawtucket Red Sox on May 14.[6]
