Luleman Rural District (Persian: دهستان لولمان)[3] is in Kuchesfahan District of Rasht County, Gilan province, Iran.[4] It is administered from the city of Luleman.[5]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 14,388 in 4,239 households.[6] There were 10,078 inhabitants in 3,519 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 5,241 in 1,901 households. The most populous of its six villages was Foshtom, with 1,636 people.[2]
