Måns Magnus Mårlind (born on 29 July 1969 in Vallentuna) is a Swedish director and screenwriter.
Mårlind attended film program in Stockholm University, Sweden and American Film Institute. His most notable work being the 2005 film Storm. He co-directed the thriller Shelter with Björn Stein, his film school friend; the film stars Julianne Moore and Jonathan Rhys Meyers and based on a screenplay by UK screenwriter Michael Cooney. The film currently enjoys a 0% rating on rotten tomatoes. In November 2010, Mårlind and Stein replaced Len Wiseman as directors for 2012's Underworld: Awakening in a controversial decision that contributed to the film's poor critical reception. Stein and Mårlind's latest movie is called Känn ingen Sorg (2013) and is based on the songs of Swedish singer/songwriter Håkan Hellström.
