MES Pattambi is an English medium private high school in Pattambi, Kerala, India. It is a CBSE affiliated school that is run by the Muslim Educational Society.[1][2] The school, that was established in 1978, is located on a 4 acre site. The current Principal of the school is Asha Byju.[3] Further it is an ISO 9001:2001 certified institution and first among MES group of schools in Kerala. Furthermore it is the First Fully Digitalized School in Kerala. It has classes from KG level to Class Twelfth. At the KG level the school provides Montessori level Education. The school has numerous fully fledged labs for conducting various practicals as put forth by CBSE and a state-of-the-art Library for promoting reading and referring skills among its students.
M.E.S. English Medium Senior Secondary School, Pattambi was established in 1978 with a view to provide formal education to those who were deprived of it. The school is sponsored by the Muslim Educational Society (Regd.) Calicut and is managed by the local unit of the above organization. The School is situated in a 4 acre plot in a quiet and serene atmosphere, about 400 metres west of Pattambi Railway Station and the Bus Station. The school has excelled greatly not only in the field of academics but many other diverse fields as well.
As part of its community involvement, a youth festival for children in local orphanages, was held at the school in January 2004.[4] At the 11th Kerala CBSE Schools Youth Festival, held in October 2005, student Anusha Aziz received the highest number of points.[5]
