Maharashtra Housing and Development Authority (Marathi: महाराष्ट्र गृहनिर्माण व क्षेत्रविकास प्राधिकरण) is an Indian organisation established in 1977. Since then, it has been engaged primarily in constructing and selling housing to low and middle income groups in urban and semi-urban areas. In Mumbai, it has constructed about 30,000 housing units.
