The MK News is a local weekly free newspaper based in Milton Keynes. MK News was launched in August 2002 and is delivered to homes across the Milton Keynes urban area and to commuters at Milton Keynes Central railway station. It is delivered on Wednesdays (competing with the Milton Keynes Citizen which is distributed free on Thursdays). The News claims an audited adult readership of 130,000.[1][2] In 2012, Local World acquired owner Iliffe News & Media from Yattendon Group.[3]

MKWeb[edit]

MKWeb is another division of the company that provides a web portal for Milton Keynes Council and other users.
