Mamaia Beach is the name of a future mixed-use development situated in Constanţa.
The project is composed by 5 residential towers between 17 and 34 floors, a small building for the 5* hotel and a commercial ground floor, along with leisure & entertainment areas.[1] The 34-floor tower will rise up to 150 metres, making it Romania's tallest building.
