Marasmius crinis-equi is a plant pathogen. It is commonly known as the 'Horse Hair Fungus', and appears on rainforest leaves as a wiry stem with a delicate fruiting body. The cap of the fruiting body can be up is up to 4mm in diameter, and is pale brown.
