Marc Edward Matney (born August 16, 1963 in Wilmington, North Carolina) is an American voice actor. He is better known for portraying police officer Ken Nakajima in the You're Under Arrest series and OVAs. He is currently teaching at New Hanover High School.[2]
Among his students were Trieste Kelly Dunn and Nikki Griffin.

Marc had acknowledged himself to be an army brat at his young age[1] before he became a voice actor. Among his starting roles are from Bubblegum Crisis and Those Obnoxious Aliens.[3]
