Mark Harle (born 8 November 1983, Glasgow, Scotland) but now based in Newcastle upon Tyne) was a singer with the British boy band, V. He is the son of the Radio Newcastle presenter, Jon Harle, and his wife Kim Harle.
Before his career with V, Harle was a drummer, and has since returned to these roots. He joined North East England indie rock/rock band, Little Comets (formerly Freerunner) as a drummer They are signed to Zomba Music Publishing. Little Comets have secured a recording contract with Sony Music and are working on their first album. On 6 May 2011, Little Comets announced that Mark Harle was leaving the band, for a "life of gainful employment".[1]
